Thats why it should be for PC exclusives. I can't see Sony having much of a presence for it, so it'd be more of a Microsoft thing.
The reason it probably hasn't happened yet is because then MS would get far more time than Sony and people would call that unfair.

I think the reason it hasn't happened yet is because nobody really has a stake on PC gaming. Sure, you could say that Microsoft and maybe Apple do because their OS runs most games on PC today but that's not really what they want to sell.
Since there seem to be a good amount of Halo players here I might as well ask for opinions, and it's kind of E3 related too.
Years ago I tried Halo 3 and, long story short, found it boring and traded it in without completing it. However I got access to the Destiny Alpha build, really like it and with a lot of people saying it is "Halo gameplay with a Borderlands world" I've started wondering:
If I ever get an X1, should I give the Halo franchise a second chance and buy the Master Chief collection?
None of those nintendo games sound even remotely appealing, but that's what having a dedicated audience is all about I suppose.
lol They're appealing when they have a more visually appealing art-style compared to the typical dark-brown grittiness that other games opt for, have more diverse gameplay, and a lot of which are being made by a company that has a good history with exclusives.
Speaking of better art-styles, No Man's Sky is a good example a game that doesn't have to be grittily photo-realistic to look great; best-looking game in Sony's E3 press conference.

The Master Chief Collection is four games for the price of one. Even if you end up not liking a single Halo title, you still only paid for one, so its not a huge loss of like $240+ if you bought the games as they released. Only $59.99.
I'd say give it another go, from Halo:Combat Evolved all the way through the series. You might enjoy it. If you don't, that sucks, but at least you can say you tried and it wasn't your cup of tea.
I'd say its more fun with friends playing multiplayer or playing the campaign co-op, so if you join me and several others on X1, you won't be short on company.

A matter of opinion. TW3, Arkham Knight and Division blow this tech demo out of the water because in all my years gaming, I've seen far more of the cartoony stylized aesthetic than the realistic kind.
I loved the no mans sky presentation because HOLY **** COLOUR COLOUR EVERYWHERE. It looks like a PS2 game being made in the PS4 era.

I hope you end up looking at this screen one day. 
Speaking about the X1, just cranked out 3 workouts back to back to back in Xbox Fitness for that promotion Microsoft has with the U.S. Navy(eight workouts in eight weeks, I started with two weeks left so I'm gonna bust some tail to catch up, currently at four out of eight workouts completed).
Xbox Fitness is fantastic for those who like working out at home.
I honestly don't see the appeal in No Man's Sky. Nothing has really "wow'ed" me to a point where it looks like a purchase. I see a lot of praise and that's fine, I just don't really get the whole, let's fly around and have no motivation for anything type deal, lol.
Personally it doesn't grab me from a gameplay standpoint, but I can dig the visuals and I get that they're going for an open-galaxy sort of thing. I'm seeing the flash, but the substance hasn't Wowed me.
Thats how I feel in a way about Destiny. Before I was like, "YEEEAAH!"
Now I'm like, "Yeah, I'll wait"
