Does anyone know how many Mages and Templars reside in the Gallows? Is the Circle in Kirkwall bigger or smaller than the Fereldan Circle?

Probably more than Ferelden, since the Starkhaven circle got burned down and moved some of them to Kirkwall.

According to a codex entry from the Storm Age there are "hundreds" of mages in Kirkwall's gallows.
