So i'm playing through Origins again, and just did Redcliffe's quest, siding with the Demon.
What got me trhinking was, as she goes to leave, she says somethign along the lines of; "I wish you luck... You'll need it."
This got me thinking, maybe she was referencing when she'd return for Connor, turning him into a powerful abomination.
If I remember correctly, in the epilogue, keeping the demon ends up making Connor disappear without a trace. Maybe the demon comes back, takes over, and goes off somewhere that we'll visit in DA:I?
Just a thought... Would be cool, I.M.O

I got the "sent off to Tevinter for training" ending recently for the 1st time. Seeing talented grown-up Connor would also be cool.

I'd love to see him! He'd be about 8+ years older though, so maybe he'll have something to do with the mage/templar conflict? Maybe a minor role since there is a fair number of people who did kill him.

From the grave?
Necromancer.
That is all.
Well, not really. If you really want to get morbid and dark, consider that the only route in which Connor can be dead is one where his mother survives. His doting, loving, mother who is probably going to have some hard times with Eamon when he learns she hid the magic and killed their only child. A necromancy gambit to try and get her lost child could seem a plausible route for someone stewing in guilt and depression.

Trevinter trained Connor would be my preference... Imagine the culture clash between Ferelden and Trevinter and the sort of conflicted individual that could produce...

had this popped up before our dhmg speculation ran wild, i would have said something along the lines of dhmg being connor... but that holds no validity as we know him as dorian

Why not? Seems to be what's hip these days. The moment you killed Connor, he was possessed by a benevolent spirit. This time it's the Spirit of... the spirit of... Life... insurance? The Spirit of Life Insurance!

In the playthrough where I knocked out Isolde and killed Connor, my epilogue said Isolde died giving birth to a daughter named Rowan who ended up being a mage and Eamon still loved her and visited her in the circle. I would really love if the Connor choice was imported an had some kind of effect in DA:I.

considering Connor can become a fade expert he might be a good addition to the Inquisition.

Yeah, I remember.
"Hello complete stranger, my name is Connor and here is my life story. I was once an abomination that was possibly cured using illegal unholy magic."
