She won't be a romance option but there is a strong possibility that her and Gaspard will have a romantic interaction with the Inquisitor. Like you finished a huge story arch deciding the Emperor/Empress of Orlais, whoever you choice, you have a chance to have sex with them. I have a feeling that could be in the game.

Patrick Weekes recently did a tweet about why Cole won't be a romance.  I know that Gaider wrote an entry on tumblr about it, but this is 100% confirmation from his DAI writer about his romance status.

That would mean Nov. 20th for Australia and most of Europe (I don't know why you wrote Oct. 10th, because afaik it's only UK, in Germany it's been Oct. 9th) and Nov. 21st UK and New Zealand
