I see the intro file is a .bik .......... so in theory if i was to convert a movie file to .bik and then pop it into that location, over-writing the original file, wulah!! custom intro video for the game?
- sounds too easy, anyone tried this?

In theory yes, but this would only play when you start the OC and not custom modules, which would be more useful IMO.

aghhhhhhhhhhhh what are the videos on start up, must be one of them that can be changed.
IS there anyway to play a video when logging onto a server? so it auto plays. would be great

I never tried this, but in the module properties, at the very bottom of the list, there's a spot for a starting video in the starting area section (the actual title might be different, my toolset is not in English).

yeh i got a programme called Rad Tools to convert to .bik .. it sort of half works
for some reason the video turns out black, but audio works
i put the file in the nwn2 directory and it played....
once i figure out why the converter is making the video black, in theory it does work
