Why isnt bioware worried about the fact that this game is already being leaked on the internet torent site? They say nothing, this game is popular enough that they potentially could lose thousands of dollars yet they don't seem to care last mass effect atleast they had the online check now its just going crazy and people are canceling there pre orders to just get the game for free?!

Because a few hundred will download the game.

well, if it makes you feel better, i hear the ME2 torrents are being watched and/or sabotaged by government companies working against piracy, so people should wake up with trouble at their doors in the following days/weeks (not likely) or at the very least have a tougher time downloading the game off the popular torrent sites.

More then thousands of dollars, trust me
We care A LOT. But we need to balance the DRM and Anti-Piracy Measures versus what our customers will accept. We've got some good anti-piracy measures in place and we'll keep making changes to ensure that we can combat piracy as best possible.
