A more stable server backend. I have a decent internet connection and still occasionally experience "hopping" around everywhere.

 

I also agree the wait times in the store (To purchase, etc) are a bit excessive.

It's played on the hosts computer rather than a dedicated server. That will continue so I think you want a matchmaker system that will search for nearby hosts rather than the other side of the world.

Ahh right, I didn't realise it was P2P. Well yeah either a matchmaker that attempts to make matches close to you first, otherwise make dedicated servers the host and move away from P2P.

Incorporate game modes based on the stuff that goes on now. For instance...

- Shadow Stealer Mode. One player is an N7 Shadow, and the others try to steal all her kills before the Shadow Strike animation completes. Same can be done with Batarian Heavy Melee Stealing.

- Spawn Nuking: self-explanatory
