Yes I love how the newer CM armors fixed the whole skimpy on chicks fully clothed on dudes for the most part.

Now everyone can be scantily clad :3

I would hate to wear that armor. :P But by Krum, wearing only a loincloth, not sure I'd like that either. The 300s armor, uhm....how does that save me life?

Same deal..... so if a guy thinks that's not going to help em live, why should a skimpy outfit on a woman be different in thought too. :)

Because it's your opinion you want practical armour other people like me doun't. I like sexy **** me right? I don't want practical armour I want most over the top armour witch looks cool.

LOL I have that mod. I love that mod. Same Nefla same. I think the only characters I have fully dressed anymore are my female jugg (gree armor), my assassins (They're wearing that outfit that looks like what thanaton has on) and my sorcs (Marka Ragnos). Everyone else (My BH and Smug) are either in the trench coat or the relaxed vestements mixed with the relaxed jumpsuit boots and pants (God I love those boots).

If its shared and equal between each gender that's fine by me. :)

Usually its not the case though.

I get what your saying op, but running in a skirt sucks enough in RL, but would be worse on the battlefield.

Yeah those are actual battle skirts like Zevran wears when you meet him. But the OP posted long skirts with bows and made mostly of fabric. If we get battle skirts just like Zevran's no issue.

I dont like feminized armor, because armor has a job to be armor. In other games that are a bit more light hearted then heels, long dresses, and feminine outfits can be used as armor. But really what I want is the armor not to be masculine vs dresses of feminine, but for the armor to be considered just as suitable and feminine as it is masculine. I dont want practical workable stuff to be the Guy Armor. The masculine Armor. I want it to be armor than any woman could be in and considered just as reasonable and feminine.

Would you care if it was just a customization option?

Vivienne seems to be going with this BUT thats part of her character and persona, she'd prefer to go into battle looking fabulous than wearing armor, she doesnt represent all females in the DA universe. Cassandras attire is perfect in my opinion, gender neutral.

So in other words....

But we are talking about our own characters, imagine those official concepts arts of Dragon Age Inquisition, Now add some elements .. is this.

my idea is a more elegant visual work, without changing the original game design course.

Asian Games appeal to sexualism to seek beauty, Dragon Age need not appealing ... but it can look better.

If I could have a buff female Qunari, yes. :P If not, well thats the trade, unisex armor with no femininity and all super pretty ladies with no masculinity.

...yes it does. Not on every piece and thankfully not on the newer cash shop stuff but example:

Ambitious-Warrior-Male-Close_zps66670117 Ambitious-Warrior-Female-Close_zpsdc010b

Anyway, I think mage robes should have a variety of looks with some being revealing and maybe with high heels while others are practical or mysterious. I don't want high heels or boob windows or anything like that on armor though. Heavy armor should be heavy armor and should be extremely protective and practical above all else. (not to say cool filigree or overlays would be unwelcome!) I do like tabards and capes for both genders and I think rogue armor should also have a variety where some are practical leather/scale armors and some are just dashing clothes like Varric and Isabella(but with leggings) in DA2 or better yet like Hook from Once Upon a Time.

Yes, but why this changes only for mages ? and people who play with warriors ? like me ...

in this SW picture are too reveal, was not what I suggested earlier in the topic

You say that as if we've seen everything, we've seen literally about 4 different outfits, plus to you they "can look better" but not everyone agrees with your opinion and not everyone wants skirts on their plate armor. This is especially true when so much of the DA community wants gender neutrality when it comes to certain armor designs, throwing in heels and dresses wouldnt go well with a lot of fans. Also, a lot of people like myself prefer practical designs which they seem to be sticking with, the accessories you insist on having are pointless in combat.

Aww, I thought a miniskirt with huge pearl necklaces would be grand on a battlefield......

Jk. :)

There are a few things that wouldnt be bad adding to armor, symbols and such as example. Lock of hair tied around the wrist area would be not be necessary on the field but it is a moral booster. Though honestly I'd keep that stashed so I wouldnt have to go looking for it.

"Here it is, albiet I had to ignore Cullens cry for help in midst of battle to get Cassandra's lock of hair she gave me." Meh Id be killing Cullen anyway.

If you want to complain about realism on the battefied than we should begin talking about how heavy traveling in some of those armors would be.  In particular heavy armors, which are clunky and a bad idea to wear for prolonged periods of time.  You can't have an overly thin and frail elf wear heavy plate

1, 3, 4 and 5 are the most feasible in my opinion for Warriors, since those long skirts make me want to yell "NO CAPES!" in terms of how impractical such an addition to armour would be on the battlefield, since anyone could easily grab a hold of 2 and especially 6's and use that to force them to the ground, or get caught on something, or trip up on them, cue your female Warrior suffering a bad case of death.

That said, I suppose I could see 2 and 6 being used for Mages, who aren't likely to be as front line, but still... we've already said how bad robes are for being basically like dresses in how they're so restrictive on movement, when 2 is no better, since it is a dress. Female Mages who want to look more feminine should also probably follow in the vein of Morrigan's DAI outfit, which is mentioned as being designed by her to allow flexibility in casting, while remaining regal. Vivienne is another example, minus her falling prey to the eternal Mages curse of awful hats.
