Anyone know where I can find out about all the different species physiology? During my insanity playthrough Wrex an Grunt kept saying something doesn't smell right an yet I don't see them having a nose or any way of smelling things. This actually made me want to replay the trilogy even more. My desire to replay it is like a rollercoaster, going on an off. Some turn ons an some turn offs. Anyway, Im curious to know more about the different species/races in mass effect.

It looks like they have two nostril-like slits on their face in the curve between their head carapace and their mouth. But even if they don't, I should probably point out that you don't need a nose, nostrils, or an olfactory epithelium located in a recession in your skull to be able to possess an olfactory sense. Tons of animals on Earth are capable of sensing chemicals in a myriad of ways. Don't let familiarity close your imagination to the diversity of ways that alien life could look (even though bioware took the predictable anthropomorphic look for most of them).
