Let this topic sink. Zero interest from the developers => no point in keep commenting. I made this suggestion too late, although a quick google search shows me million threads like mine from years ago, maybe this theme is lesser only to mage vs templar, romances and poor dialogue of DA2 topics.
I am skipping inquisition, cause the silence on the developers part i take as a no. I too bought most of their games, but as of now i will probably just download it from kickass to see that they actually ignored all these people throughout the years who wanted a better warrior class, which does not limit the player to a pathetically few options. Over and out.
I suggest bringing back Dual Wielded Warrior.

so because Developers have not responded to your demands and they havent said anything about how any of the other groups will do things. You will instead pirate the game to feel morally superior..

Because Bioware needs to be punished for not giving into these posters specific demands despite evidence they've actually listened to the fans on other topics like bringing back the ability to choose multiple races (and adding Qunari), having the specialization have a story impact on the game, the triumphant return of the tactical camera, and the ability to equip your companions with different types of armor.
Honestly if the poster was just going to skip the game I wouldn't care one way or the other. However I loath pirates, and their BS excuses like
Oh if the game is good I'll buy it after I play it - Uh no. You want to play you pay. Someone put effort into that game and if you feel it's worth the time to download then you can pay the people for their work.
I'd buy it if I had the money - Oh hell naw! You are a functioning human being, you have the ability to save your money and eventually purchase a product. If you turn to piracy because you can't pay for your habit it's time to take a hard look at your financial choices.
I hate this company and they will never get another cent from me! - Yet you want to play their games? I'm not a big fan of Square-Enix or Capcom and yet I have every intention of paying them for games I actually want to play. If I really feel they don't deserve my money then I will man-up and stay away from all their games. No cheating by stealing.
I mean I was not the biggest fan of TW2, and yet I became furious when I learned how many people had pirated copies of the game instead of actually buying it. CDPR bent over backwards in a lot of ways for the fans and they were rewarded with Piracy?
And Gamers wonder why we can't have nice things.
All right, rant over.

I meant that i will pirate the game to actually see that they ignored not a small chunk of people who wanted dual wielding for warriors. After i see with my own eyes that there is no such combat style i will gladly delete the game. Calm down, i wont play it or endorse it to others who want to download it for free. For me this thing is deal breaker i am sorry if i am hurting your feelings.
Vast number of people on BSN have been asking for dual wielding warrior for years -----> have protagonist throw jar of bees and green sparkles from his hand. This begs for a meme.....
And i hate it how people try to go easy on them because of "how hard it is" , "how difficult to implement sth is".....etc...These people deserve no better than games like Dragon Age 2, Bound by Flame or Kingdom of Amalur. And for the last time, let the topic sink, because it causes me pain to post, yet i can not restrain myself because of my disappointment.

For years these boards have also been filled with people asking for Warriors & Mages having an unlock ability - no word on that either. Apparently they are trying to design their games to have 'distinct classes' or some BS. I think I might pirate it too, so I can enjoy a fantastic game that I will love regardless for all of it's major features but retain my spitefulness over this one, small (presently unconfirmed by the sounds of it) thing.

And yet the listened to the large chunk of people calling for the changes I already mentioned. There's also no need for you to bother pirating the game even for a peak. The details of the combat system will be available from reviews guides and other sources in short order, so there is no need to pirate the game just to find out if they ignored your request
For me this thing is deal breaker i am sorry if i am hurting your feelings.
Your opinion about this feature and decision not to buy the game doesn't impact my emotional state, though your decision to pirate the game annoys me for reasons already stated and really that just lumps you in with the other pirates whose actions I severely disagree with. I really don't think you can 'hurt my feelings' because at the end of the day I don't care if you never buy another Bioware game for the rest of your days. However you have expressed an opinion on this forum and I feel free to challenge it and explain my thoughts on the subject.

Yeah I'm pretty sure I'm not the one with hurt feelings since you are the one who wants other people to suffer because they disagree with you.
I also find it interesting that in your pursuit of this singular feature you've ignored all the other hard work BW has done. All the features/improvements I previously mentioned along with, updated graphics, a larger world, an entire Inquisition to run, and a reworked combat system that include environmental destruction, along with preventing players from spamming heals for starters. So yeah they made a conscious choice to implement these features rather than give you what you and others like you specifically want. In my opinion...it's a fair trade.

You make it sound like all you want to do is stare at your warrior wielding his two swords and go "oohhhh two swoooords...soo pretty." Like nothing else in the game matters.

Thats exactly what he and the rest of his clones want to do, and if they dont get their wishes then they will play the game without paying for it.
Using bad logic to justify it.

I just want to point out to you that out of all the big name game developers I have seen, Bioware is in the top three for communication.

Good thing I thought DA2 and Amalur were great games with excellent combat mechanics in spite of they're flaws then huh?

C'mon, Rogues can steal DW but Warriors can't steal Lockpicking?
I'd pay to see that.
If anything Warriors stole Dual Wield and Archery from Rogues in the first place considering those styles benefited more from the Rogue's skills then the Warrior's .

The issue of dual weapons isnt much advantage over two handed and sword/shield. Center of balance is better not dual wielding as stated here.
en.Wikipedia.org/wiki/Dual_wield
My opinions:
A warrior would be wasting time to look cool when smaller weapons are better for this in hands of agile fighters. Warriors using two long swords would actually get owned.
Id rather stick with s/s or two handed type weapons as a warrior myself.

I changed what I was going to write just at top of my head. Then decided to go to facts on web than my own head. It turned out the same as what I was going to write.

To be honest I always saw an impractical and unorthodox style like DW as something only a Rogue would use in the first place.
That said I can sympathize with DW Warrior fans.

Big ass blades? You mean daggers?
Cause daggers are humonguously large in Dragon Age. The only reason why anyone would have dual daggers slung around the back is because the damn things are too enormous to even try hiding them. Apparently, nobody wants to put them somewhere that's actually practical.

Warriors are good at War, Mages are good at Magic, Rogues should be good at Rog. Whatever Rog is but apparently it involves lockpicking.
