...because somebody else will be living at this address by then  ;)

But in all seriousness this totally sucks. I found out we'll be moving this late summer/autumn, and so I went to change the shipping address before realizing: I have no clue where I'll be living yet! Beyond which city, at any rate.

Crying tears of impatient sadness  :(

See, it's not such a massive deal that I'll have to wait to play the game until I know where to send it to/can pick it up in person. What SUCKS is that I'll basically have to go on a selective internet blackout for who-knows-how-long to avoid hearing about the endings or deaths or major plots. I...don't know how long I can do that, y'all.

I'm already debating swearing off all things DA:I from now until October, since I'm not sure I want to know who the LIs are or even who the remaining companions are, but...man, that's like 5 months of Inquisition deprivation, at LEAST. Probably longer than that.

What's a man to do??

This better not be a suggestion to push back the release date. A horde of angry fans (myself included) will mob you.

More of an "I'm starting to panic about this & can't even think straight, what should I do?" hyperventilation.

I feel for ya. I really do. But it sounds like you should be at least semi settled before Oct. 7. Late summer/autumn. So, you should be alright---if you all move on time, that is.

You should be able to get the pre-order tastiness as long as it's before Oct 7. And be able to start the game with everyone else.

Don't panic. I think you have some wiggle room there.

Do you have relatives with a static address that you could have it shipped to? Like parents or grandparents? (I know my grandparents have lived in the same house for like 50 years :o )

Game stores exist. Just buy it from one in wherever you move to.

Don't worry about it I'm sure you will find out real soon where you are moving to and then you can pre-order/order it! :)

I haven't pre-ordered yet because I'll be in a different city by release and I obviously won't know my address for another few months. I'll likely go digital as a result.

If having physical media is not essential for you, go digital, maybe?

I'll be moving at some point before the game comes out as well. I just ordered through Amazon, they let you change the shipping address. (don't they? or do I need to panic too...hmm)

Amazon shipping addresses can be changed before its sent, during or after sent, not so much. :) hope that helped.

And I agree about maybe have a relative help out when it releases, pick it up and send it or something like that.

I moved and drove back to where I preordered a game when it came out. Only because the collectors was sold out everywhere. :)

. Amazon also has these lockers that you can have stuff shipped to for a small fee. Or if in the future you know the new address then just have all your post re-directed to there.

Simple.
