Okay, so first things first, the Indoctrination Theory is correct.
Now, onto my theory.
There's claims that it might be called "Mass Effect: Contact."
Many think It may be about the First Contact War, (which I think they've said it won't be a prequel so that's that.)
But I think, that it may be the "First Contact" or "Contact" with another race or even the citadel, but in a different spiral galaxy and cycle.
So we'd be like the Asari so to speak, except in a different galaxy with all new races and planets to explore etc.

They have already stated that it won't be Mass Effect : Contact but I could be wrong hopefully something will come up during the E3 conference...

It will have very little to do with the other series of games story wise and will not be beholden to the final choice made in ME3.
It will take place outside the galaxy, it will be about exploration. I've posted my 'ark' storyline which others have als talked about before.

Honestly i'd be satified to have more RPG Elements and either a Choice in Player Species, or just outright a Non Human.

I believe that the Indoctrination Theory is correct myself, but to be fair I don't think people such as Divinity should just be outright saying "yeah, it's correct" when it hasn't been confirmed. If we want to believe it, sure, but we shouldn't be shoving it in people's faces.
