Definitely. I kind of headcanon that the bow is what Mahariel's mother leaves behind in that chest in the beginning. "Sorrows" fits well with the whole story too. I use it through all of DAO. It nearly rivals Heartwood in DAA as well. Vestments I headcanon as one of the items you steal in the beginning of the mage origin. The Dragonbone Cleaver is a great axe for Oghren.
Badass gear all around for that and Amgarrak.
