 I cant decide which one I want and its killing me! 

I'm kind of leaning toward adept but Infiltrator looks mighty cool... 
Tell me what you guys think.

Adept is basically a mage, and Bioware has a tradition of making mages appear weak but turn out to be the most absurdly overpowered class. In ME 1, Adept was easy mode even on Insanity. I can be fun locking down an entire screen.

Both classes seem to hang back in cover, so your choice is really between stealth and a sniper rifle or biotics spam... Which seems like more fun to you?
