No that was not all. EA still has to do their demo and talk about the game. This was just a tiny trailer from the x-box people.

Keep in mind that was basically a preview of what's to come today, they're naturally going to show more at the EA conference for sure. Not to mention the Twitch, Gamespot and IGN Game Sessions that will appear tomorrow and Wednesday.

Because we're waiting until we find out if there's something to be worried and pisssed off about?

 

If XBox is getting story-related stuff before other platforms I'll be upset, but I doubt that's what it is. It's probably another mount or more flamey weapons or another chair to sit in. And if it's just another exclusive item or two, I don't really care about getting it later on PC.

I can't tell if that's the same Inquisitor voice as in the other trailer. I thought it was a new one at first, but now I'm not sure...

Tbh the animations aren't all that great. Maybe that's why the faces seemed off to quite a number of people.

Yup. The models look ok but once they animate it does not jive for me. BioWare's facial animations have never been great but when you have a higher fidelity model for the face the shortcomings in the animation stand out.

 

 

Trailer was all right. Kind of generic. Interested to see more actual gameplay and more combat. Not too thrilled with how over the top  and twitchy the action has looked thus far, but that could certainly just be for the sake of a flashy trailer.

 

Assuming that's Morrigan back in her Origins get up at about 58 seconds. It must be Frostbite's lighting or else her clothes are really really washed out and faded. The lighting in general with many of the screens looks kind of blurry and all over the place.

I can't think of a single piece of actual content that's ever been platform specific for any game. Exclusive stuff has always been just pieces of gear, or in this case I guess it could be XBL cosmetic stuff. I'm pretty confident in saying it's nothing worth worrying about.

Should point out that I think the weird animations are from bad playback or recordings. I saw it Live on IGN and it looked fine, but the recorded versions on youtube are choppy and awkward as hell.

Uh, I think "Premier Content on Xbox" means the Trailer (Content) was debuting on Xbox first... which is exactly what it did.

Combat looks ok to me. More colours and speed looks ok. If it plays like darksouls 2 I'd be content.

 

DLC announcement is lol, but I'm going to get it on both PC and PS4 regardless.

They didn't say the DLC will be exclusive to the Xbox, just that it will come to the Xbox first. Folks on the PC and PS4 will probably only have to wait a few days. It's not the apocalypse.

Kinda can't wait to hear the female voices for the main char now, hope it doesn't end up like dragon age 2 where I liked the female voice better then the male one.
