I would hope so that physical aiming is not the concern. But based on Cameron's comment that hitting certain parts of the dragon (be it the wings, or the legs) make a different, i seriously doubt that they are trying to focus a single player experience than a party based RPG.
Seriously if they want to make a 1 MAN Skyrim, please make another game. I gladly buy it. But not force a single player combat focus on a party-based RPG.
I don't think you're understanding. I'm sure that should you choose, each member of your party could attack a different area of the dragon, or you could choose to focus the fire on a specific area. They aren't talking about making you hit one area by skill, they're talking about making you think about disabling one part of the dragon to nullify a particularly dangerous attack. It's MORE tactical, not less.
