Hello,

I had a contact with a Moderator (BioWareMod01) today and he told me to open a post here:

So here is the problem, I have bought Dragon Age Origin 3 days ago, and registred my game to Origin.
I would like to exchange on the "Cutscene" sub-forum because I am a Machinima maker (From the Machinima Official Director Program) but I can't post any new topic or reply because the forum told me that my game isn't registred.

But my game is registred and linked to my Origin account and I have already played to it while I was Online.

Could you give me access to the forums please, it is very important for me.

Could you check on BSN to see if it recognizes your account?

Yes my account is recognized because I downloaded the "Toolset" after entering my Key on it, and the game is activate on it.

Plus on my BSN forum profil I have all my others Bioware game who are recognized (ME1/2/3) but not Dragon age origins.

To post on the subforum, you will need to set a flag on your account.  To do this, you just need to play the game once, while online and signed into the same EA account as you wish to use here.

 

Once that is done, the forum should give you access - I think the current update frequency is a few hours, so it shouldn't take long once you've done the above.

Shados' post already states that the game was already played while the account is online.  So maybe it's just a sync issue.

I don't know where else to post this but I'm having trouble getting DA2 to play because of the activation code. I have the key code etc but am getting nowhere and have not played this in a while.  It says about going online like origins, but can't get on. What am I forgetting or doing wrong?  Any ideas would be welcome.  I have both games registered.

Well I already have played to Dragon age in a while I was online and with the same account (My Origin account is the same for the forum, and for my games). But still, I can't post anything.

Like Ninniendowarrior said, I already had told this on my first post, but still... it's not working..   

Could you do something about that please ?

Hi Shados, can you logout and back in again?

I checked and your account had an online access entitlement that we didn't have in our list. Now that I've added it you should be able to post.
