While I tend to agree with Zwerkules' aesthetics, I disagree with his take on bioware city. I like how the Bioware city looks with the combination of six's textures and facelifted tiles I stuffed in my patch HAK. Perhaps I feel that a touch of ugly works well for some cities.

Might have burnt out, might have gone elsewhere.
Last time he turned up on the Vault was back in 2011 though.
