I currently use 3ds max 2014. So far the psk importers play nice with it. 

 

Is there any resources you'd recommend for posing models? Are there resources you'd recommend for posing?

 

My 3ds doesn't have any issues with importing psk files exported from ME3explorer.  Neither does Blender. For SOME reason, with 2013 at least, they only have problems importing each other's psk exports (to Blender from 3ds 2013 or vice versa).

Would it be possible to import a posed psk and then skin wrap another mesh around it and maintain the same pose?

I don't think so because I think it just picks the closest.

Bomma, I'm mostly done with updating mods , enough that I can do the pose for the remaining model.

Don't bother.  I don't think anyone is interested and I don't think I am going to use it anyway.  Thanks though.  I just posted my Ashley mod and gave you credit.  Feel free to use them in your mod if you want.  By the way take a look at what I wrote about the NC pcc.  The method that I discribed enables you not to have to lose one of the armor slots when you update Ashleys default armor.  I believe your mod updates the default armor right?

Yeah, I just did a few edits to the default armor. I'll take a look, thanks. I'll get the pink Ashley pose done soon.

If its not too much, could I get the .max file you used to pose the models? If you're using blender, could you convert the posed model file to a FBx format? I have a theory about importing poses into different meshes.

survivor, if you can figure out how to import postes into different meshes please let me know how you do it, as it would open a whole lot of importing from other games, right now they are all in T-position and trying to do a skin wrap is almost imposable.

Any hints as to the lighting filters you ran over the posed model? I got a posed model ready to roll, but am not quite able to nail the lighting effects.
