In many a build i have seen with Arcane Warrior it say use Evon the Great´s Mail combined with Wade's Superior Dragonscale Armor set.
Only problem is Evon the Great´s Mail has the restriction that say Warrior and Rouges only.
And since Arcane warrior is a Mage class he can´t use Evon the Great´s mail or is there a way to make sure he can use it?

There aren't any such restrictions that I'm aware of. Are you using mods? Some of them might be changing the item properties.

If you are not willing to remove the currently installed mods, then one way of resolving the issue would be to use the Winter Forge mod to remove the restrictions.

You'll receive an item called 'Forgesmith tools'. Drag it to the quickbar from the inventory. Clicking on it essentially provides access to the Winter Forge toolbar.

Enable Override mode in the in-game settings for the mod. It will enable the Override option (lock icon) in the WF toolbar. Using it will open a container menu, where you'd need to drag and drop the item to be worked upon. Closing the menu will lead to another toolbar where finally you'll have the option, among many, to remove the class restriction. The tooltips should be self-explanatory for everything, but let us know if you face any difficulty.

Just go here and use this mod. It will remove all restrictions from weapons and armors.

Once you get the arcane warrior talent, you are a warrior and your magic replaces the strength requirement. Or yes, you can use the winter forge. If I am wrong on this, please let me know, because I need more coffee.

Yeah, no restriction in vanilla. Improved atmosphere is what puts on the class restriction

Strange that a fan-made mod would add restrictions of this type, since they don't really make sense. It looks like some of the class restrictions in Origins were added as incentives to play AW (Spellweaver) or BM (Lifedrinker) but those items are way too weak for that. I've yet to see even one case were the class restrictions looked plausible, like backed by lore or story as in other games. The personal restrictions are just as bad. I can see Morrigan getting special benefits from her robes that others might not, and the same for Leliana with Marjolaine's Recurve or the Warden with Warden's Oath. However, the fact that others cannot even equip such items seems totally silly.

I don't use Improved Atmosphere any more. ^^I agree with DG^^ ~It made me do the RedCliffe walking dead battle over again, it would not end. And some people have said "oh, disable it before going to Redcliffe". Why? because it screws up the battle ending trigger.

^What she said. Improved Atmosphere is nice, but not so nice as to make me want to play it with its bugs. 'Skip the Fade' may also crash your game, but I really do not like to play through the Fade anymore so I enable it just before the Sloth Demon and then disable it after the Irving and Greagoir reunion love fest.

Skip the fade never hurt my game at all. I always use it with no problems.

Hm, I didn't know that IA made Redcliffe buggy I really need to look into that...

Edit: Oh wait it seems that Kajana made some bug fixes for Redcliffe and stuff...
