I believe that sheet has been proven fake on NeoGAF or something, but at least some of it is probably true.

This list is definitely fake. It can be debunked with a few pieces of logic, methinks.

- Why does this list even exist in the first place? For whom was it created and why? I can't come up with any answer that makes sense.

- Kinect TV & Shows. As Microsoft announced an Xbox One SKU without the Kinect recently, there's no way they'll be putting much of any Kinect on the show floor.

- Sunset Overdrive. Why would this game be playable yet not shown off on stage? Makes no sense. It's pretty much the title for Microsoft after Titanfall.

- Watch_Dogs. Will have been out for a while already when E3 comes along. Are they showing it off at E3 because it's tradition at this point?

- Castlevania: Symphony of the Night 2. Before I begin, that's a stupid title. Symphony of the Night is already a sequel to a past game, cause it's Dracula X2. Aside from that and it sounding like obvious fanboy wishes, the development process makes no sense. When was this game developed? Konami has pushed Lords of Shadow exclusively since before LoS1 came out. Mirror of Fate did so badly on the 3DS it was outsold by the home console port, and that was only last year.

I suppose if a team jumped straight from MoF to SotN 2 they may have something to show by now, but they wouldn't have known MoF would bomb (even less that LoS2 would sell badly) if they started the project so soon. In other words, not making it a Lords of Shadow game seems dubious. What's more, Igarashi himself left Konami a few months ago cause he was angry he didn't get to make the games he wants to make, and what he loves is Castlevania. Would he be leaving if he was knee-deep in Castlevania? Not likely.

- Zelda: Shard of Nightmare. Whoah, grimdark title and Zelda? Not a match made in heaven. Extremely unlikely. What's more, I doubt a playable demo will be presentable at this time considering the state the WiiU Zelda was reported to be in at the launch of Wind Waker HD.

- Xenogears: Origins. Neither the publisher nor the developer of X owns the Xenogears trademark. Xenogears is the property of Square-Enix. This is the entire reason why Xenosaga was named Xenosaga instead of something like, you know, Xenogears: Origins. Unless the one who made this list implies that Square-Enix decided to dust off their old franchise to make a new game on the WiiU, even though the original has never been on any Nintendo machine... nah, not likely. Square has their hands full with tons of games as is, any way.

EDIT: This post was way too long. Cut out the weaker arguments.

@Enigmatick: Don't get me wrong here, could be fake and most likely is. But Sony did that at last E3, they showed a lot of stuff that had already been out for awhile. So... why would they do that? No idea but they have precedence for it so far.
