I don't think the end of the world will stop Varric from doling out his nicknames. What do you think Varric is going to call the other members of the Inquisition?

• Solas - Ice, because if his description is accurate, this guy will be cooler than ice
• Sera - Squirrel
• Cole - Spirit
• Warden - Feathers (Merrill inspired)
• Iron Bull - Muscles or Oxy
• Cassandra - Seeker (still scared of her)
• Dorian/DHMG - Flames
• Vivenne - Enchanter (equally terrified of this one)
• Cullen - I was thinking noodles as a play on what his hair used to look like, but Goldie seems accurate now
• Leliana - Birdie
• Scribbles - Lips, because if she's the flat out politician/merchant/tradeswoman type, then she'll talk as if she were born to do it

IB has a nickname already but Varric might call him Tiny or Muscles

Sera...maybe something like Firecracker or Sugar

Cole's nickname made me stop and think. Varric will either make fun of his hair "Scruffy" or if the group know about his past he might call him something like "Ghosty"

I like! Also I read your list after I posted mine , I see we had the same idea about 3 companions   That's some mental synchronization right there haha. I didn't do the advisors (thinking he only gave nicknames to companions) but I'll add them too

 

Leliana: Red

Scribe girl: Scribbles (it's just so fitting)

Cullen: Not Blondie (because of Anders) so maybe Golden boy (I like Goldie though! )  or Prince charming

I'm thinking he'll be a little less...familiar with these companions than he was with Hawke's. I don't doubt he'll become friends with them, but I can't see it happening as quickly, or as easily, as it does in DA2. So nicknames according to their positions/already existing titles, with the chance that he might give them something less formal towards the end of their banter chain.
