The vast majority of cod is PvP oriented. It's all about PvP actually as almost nobody plays the story mode or extinction in ghost. Still your views are nothing more than regurgitated naive stereotypes without any real cod experience....

The older and/or more mature Cod players are pretty cool and laid back from my experience. Also you'd have alot of good times and laughs with many different aspects of the Cod community minus the the squeakers and douchebags but every community has those its just Cod has a bigger fan-base so they are most likely to have more. From my own personal experience ive had many good, fun, and positive memorable moments with friends and people ive met in the community.

Also. Using the cursing immature kids as the excuse is lame as hell. You can simply mute them or start a party with a friend so you don't have to listen to any trash talk. It's really simple. The truth is most people that hate cod can't handle the butthurt from getting owned in a PvP game. That "winning attitude" of yours can be put to better use in a PvP setting. You might like cod if you try it. I don't think u realize but you've got alot if PvP potential from my experience playing with you...

I might be wrong but as far as I can tell, bf and cod alike are not good games to find friends on the other side of the map.

65% of my friends list are Battlefielders. Believe it or not, BF is a team oriented game. When you get a squad that's working together or a team turns a game around and wins, there's a collective feeling of "holy hell, we actually did it" (emphasis on the we.) And it's not unusual to get multiple friend requests after such games. Becoming friends with someone on the opposite team is a different story but does happen occasionally if both sides are being good sports.

 

Can't speak for cod but I imagine it's the same thing.

Lol. There's always this one kid who blames the team when he's getting his ass kicked but takes all the credit when the team is doing well. From my experience that kid is ignored by pretty much everyone, probably because it's hard to hear him from the bottom of the scoreboard.

I played CoD for three years, and let me assure you those views (and that video) are quite accurate.

 I played CoD from 4 to Blops 1 (addictively so around MW2) and from my POV that video was a 1/1000 occurence. I have literally NEVER received hate mail regarding xbox CoD despite playing for 1000s of hours, whereas I've seen a lot worse in other games from just 50 or so hrs. Literally my only run in with shithead kids was one lobby of prepubescents calling each other "f*ggot n!ggers", but I highly, HIGHLY doubt the excessive use of the word "f*ggot" or "n!gger" is a CoD exclusive phenomenom.

And how is this any different from getting hatemail for outscoring PUGs in ME3?

 

Also, I never played with anyone on xbox CoD, and on PC I could only stand playing in parties for a few seconds before I just got mad and ragequit.
