To me it looks like as if there is only the standard edition for PC available, not the deluxe edition and certainly not the collector's edition.
As others have pointed out, it would be nice to have the Deluxe Edition or the Collector's Edition for PC in Europe as well...
hmm... the CE if ordered i the USA and shipped to my country would cost about 230 USD.
I'm in this boat too. I've never pre-ordered from gamestop, but it seems the best shipping option I can find on their site isn't a guaranteed release day ship - so I don't trust it. I had basically decided to just preorder it at the gamestop across the street from my work...but I guess the forums seem to be saying they don't do that.
I was all hyped to throw my money at the collector's edition the instant it was announced. But I want to be able to play DA:I the day it comes out more than I want all the extra stuff. And I'm starting to realize the Collector's Editions of ME3 and SWTOR I bought really just added more junk to my house...
So....this being a gamestop exclusive has slowly convinced me not to by the collector's edition.

I've two question has been confirmed ce is exclusive to GS? And i read in the ME group on facebook someone you had to pay in full or least his state. is that true?

the Australian copy for Ps4 costs $215.21 USD (AUD $229) while the US version is only $169 USD that's almost a 50 dollar mark up. which, in my opinion is ridiculous!

I was belittled by a Gamestop employee once so bad, I went out and bought the item elsewhere and came back and told the manager the truth, I wanted to thank them for their employee's attitude towards me, for I went elsewhere and saved $10 and if they didn't do that I would have bought it at their store for $10 more.
Well, I gave in. I've pre-ordered the PS3 Inquisitor's Edition here in the UK. I really did want to get it for PC but I wasn't willing to take the risk of the PC version appearing at some unknown time without me being aware and it going out of stock before I could get it. So I got the PS3 version instead. If the PC digital deluxe version wasn't so expensive on Origin (my only option for it at the moment) I'd have ordered that as well.
Looks fantastic! And... expensive. I haven't looked at the price yet and I'm not sure I want to!

Just preorder my digital deluxe edition on the PS4. I wanted to get the mega edition, but it's just too expensive. The box, map and steel case are nice. . but I just can't see the use to the other items besides staying inside the box. Maybe they will annouse another edtion with just the 3 items mention above. I'll upgrade my purchase to $130 for that.
I like the war pieces, I think they look awesome. I actually like everything that comes in the CE, although I would have rather had a regular deck of cards than the tarot or even better, an art book. No big deal though, I'm happy with it overall.
I don't see how most of the things in this "Collector's edition" even add up. The only things I can see people wanting are the Map, Steelbook, Tarrot Cards and maybe that lockpick set.
Why in the world would anyone want fugly war pieces that are so out of place, coins, Dairy??? (essentially a sketchbook) and ink bottles.... These could have easily been replaced with an Exclusive Artbook, Copy of the game's soundtrack and a statuette of the dragon! This kinda screams "Lame EA package" all over it.
Yeah, if this had had the art book, physical copy of soundtrack, and a dragon statuette like you mention, I'd have plopped $170 on this with absolutely zero hesitation.

At least here in Canada, the PC version I had to actually go into the store to pre-order, since the online store wasn't allowing pre-orders for the PC Inquisitor edition.
I would suggest if you want it for PC, to go into the store and check with them.

Canadian is $200 CAD I feel your pain, that doesn't even include tax. EB (and other retailers now) have been ridiculous with raising the price of games after our $ fell 10 cents. They say it's because of increased import costs, never get a break when our $ goes up though 
. Sony is even selling their first party games for $10 more on the damn PSN store...its freaking digital, there is no increased costs at all. Just going to buy the standard at this rate from a digital reseller for a discount.

PS4 version of the deluxe game is $103.00 USD ($109.95 AUD) in Australia, as opposed to the $69.99 USD ($74.71 AUD) that Americans pay.
That alone was a $35ish mark up anyway.
Why does in the Inquisitor's Edition only come with the Standard Issue of the game? I want the digital deluxe gubbins too.
