The UK site seems to have one page for every platform, the preorder link is on the side.
No word about other markets (Europe, Australia, etc).
If they're partnering with Gamestop it might be... tricky, though EB Games in Aus is affiliated with Gamestop.
It's on every platform/console, if that's what you mean.
The UK site says it comes with the Deluxe Edition content and the pre-order "Flames of the Inquisition" stuff.

Very cool stuff, but not the kind of stuff up my alley. The main thing I'd be interested in is the map and the little journal book, but not for nearly $200. I was envisioning something more like the game + the art book for maybe $100-$120 and that would've been about at my limit.
However, I'm glad the info is finally out now so that I can make my pre-order decision. Will just go with the deluxe PS4 copy and let you guys have at this bigger stuff.

I would certainly hope so, it's just a little disheartening when you find CE's for every single console available in the UK but nothing for PC...I don't even own a console..
But where do we buy the Canadian edition?

Those are some interesting items in the collectors edition. It seems oftly odd to have a pick lock set and an ink well with a sketch book, then war pieces, normally these things tend to just have the map, art book, and then a statue. It's nice to see DA:I go for something completely different.
That sketch book is something I very much want, I can actually use that along with the ink well to work on inking with a quill. The rest of the things are just cute, a breath of fresh air with not having another giant statue in the collectors edition.

It's a good thing I don't drink, smoke, and pretty much don't have a life anymore. I can afford this.

However, I'm glad the info is finally out now so that I can make my pre-order decision. Will just go with the deluxe PS4 copy and let you guys have at this bigger stuff.
I plan to do the same thing. Everything looks beautiful and I love that box, but I'm just not interested enough to pay that much. None of the physical objects stand out for me, and I'm totally fine with getting the Deluxe Edition and its bonus digital content.

What's the difference?
This is what Collectors Editions should be. Items related to the game or that fit in with the world, without being gender specific and without including extra dlc. This way people who just want the dlc can buy the deluxe edition without feeling like they need to pay for all the physical goodies just to have all the day 1 dlc and whatnot. I really like this.
