Indeed. Right now, that's one of the things holding me back from pre-ordering. All I can find is just the standard edition for the PC - the only place currently offering the Deluxe is the Origins store, and downloading it would take most of a day if it's anything sizeable (like over 12GB).
All I'd like are the hard copy versions for the UK PC gamers.

Maybe it doesn't have all the major arcana cards because they run out of existing demons and spirits to illustrate them

Yup on Mark Darrah's twitter. The game that comes with CE is the DE version.
I'll be honest, I was hoping for some sort of statue of some kind like what Skyrim had or a really REALLY nice high quality version of the "Last Supper" shot.

I never used it (I'll build a PC in summer,), so does any of know if it generally allows to pre-download the game?As mentioned by Frosty, when importing from the states to europe the extra tax doesn't really make it worth it for games, they seem to do a pretty basic 1$ = 1€ conversion when calculating the tax just to make it cost more then it would have cost locally. (Got burned twice like that)

It's EB/Gamestop exclusive. It won't be on Amazon or anywhere else

Depends where you're from. Gamestop has stores under different names in some countries. For example Canada/Australia have EB.

I guess that's what the fancy sketch pad and ink sets for, you have to draw the other 6 yourself.

There is also no Collector's Edition for PC in Germany. I asked Gamestop on Facebook. This is what they had to say. But well, this is a paneuropean issue, it seems. Only physical release for the PC is the Regular Edition. The alternatives are to choose another plattform, import from North America od buy the Digital Deluxe Edition via Origin. 
I really want to know more about who is doing the art on the tarot cards.

I don't mean to be rude at all, but is this 100% official? I'm only asking because I thought I saw a post mentioning that the Deluxe PC edition was Origin exclusive, though I really want a physical copy to put on my shelf.
