Fancy offices are nice, but only when they're yours. In Cerberus, if you don't have a fancy office, your chances of survival are extremely slim.

It doesn't seem like a particularly practical place to work though. I don't think it's an office at all, actually, but rather a photo studio so TIM can look cool whenever Shepard calls in.
