"facepalm dude"? Come on. I'm not your enemy. Just talk. I didn't commit some great atrocity here, did I?

I'm saying if Sebastian is in that quest, then he knows the full story.

It isn't during quest it was before varic quest in act 2 and that isn't what sebastion condemn varric it was for his revenge , anger and that he don't want forget about it. There is nothing about idol not that they knew that could be cause.

That there is hardly condemnation.

Anyway, I'm done here. The maturity has sunk too low now.

Please just discuss next time instead of using name calling and stupidity slurs.

Hmm.. maybe I'll have to play it again then. I thought Sebastian talks to Varric at the moment you finally beat Bartrand in battle. In which case, you've already heard Bartrand's rants and that other dwarf servant telling a little of what happened.

Why the hell do you ruin every thread you're in?? Just about everytime I've seen you in a thread I like, it goes to hell because of your extremist views and inablitiy to see things from anyone else's point of you. Get a reality check and stop talking down to people like you're so much better then they are.

1. Not a dude. 2. You're not pointing out any truth, you're shoving your opinion of a character down everyone else's throats. Just because you think he is one, doesn't a. make him automatically one and b. doesn't make everyone else believe it. Not everyone thinks like you do (and thank god for that).

No...it is not a truth. Truth would mean irrefutable, so would fact. The point of this is that it's your opinion, which by definition is not a damn fact.

Everyone has different interpretations of a character's actions, so it is an opinion.

Well sure, Hawke could be the Princess of Starkhaven. That won't stop her from not appearing in Dragon Age: Inquisition. Being the King of Ferelden certainly didn't stop the Hero from not appearing in Dragon Age II.

The question is not whether the character sat down, it is why the character sat down. Someone may say they were tired. Someone else may say they did it because there was a chair and they prefer sitting to standing. Same action, different interpretation of motive.

Some people see what Sebastian did and see it as him being a hypocrite. Others will see his motivations and sympathize, seeing him not as a hypocrite, but a troubled man who's doing his best. They're not interpreting what he did, but why he did it.

It doesn't matter what are his motives if he condemns someone for something that he himself is doing he is hypocrite no matter what excuse you throw at him.He did that he is hypocrite as every person that will do such thing. As i said we have dialogue with him doing that to varric.

So no if we have reason why character sat down it is fact not interpretation.

And other people will still see him differently than you, because they too hear his motivations and see his actions and come to a different conclusion than he is a hypocrite. They are not wrong, as long as the can back up their thought with things that happen and/or are stated in the game, they have a perfectly valid opinion. Your opinion is that he is a hypocrite, but not everyone thinks that way.

As i said their interpretation doesn't matter if that face fact they can think that sebastian is jesus in da setting doesn't change that he is hypocrite and that they think he isn't even if he is doesn't matter. As i said we have dialogue between him where condemns revenge and anger when he is doing that himself... going to that point he want kill peoples that have nothing common with peoples who "wronged" him. But i said that many times and now it will be just spam.

So peoples can think that toaster serves communication with aliens but it doesn't matter as it isn't purpose of the toaster.

Some of my hopes for Sebastian in DAI:

He married rivalmanced Hawke
If romanced Hawke is missing, he's concerned, if not actively searching for her
Friendship/rivalry will at least affect how he rules Starkhaven, if he retakes it no matter what
Fenris is the royal quartermaster (or whomever is responsible for training recruits) in Starkhaven

Huh? Does the game imply this of you dont romance Fenris?

Anyways, I hate Seb. He is just some religious nutcase. I hate "God/Chantrys will led me to this and this and this and that" . Jiz use your own brain.

Its just a couple of lines during the party banter.

Seb tells Fenris he's a skilled and would like if he could train recruits when he takes back Starkhaven. Don't remember how it ends; think Fenris ponders it.

Having not read any of this thread, including the OP, here is my thought on the title question;

I'd imagine that had Hawke been part of the ruling couple of Starkhaven, it would have been much easier for Cassandra to find her.

How can Hawke be Princess if she disappears 3 years after the Chantry explosion? She disappears no matter which side you take

This is assuming that those women that did the "chaste marriage" with Sebastian ran off with him back to Starkhaven.  At least I think that's the idea at work here.
