Not counting my own (I could never choose between them anyway), it would have to be Duncan.
I thought Duncan was cool right from the beginning. Anders is one of my favorite characters, but I don't really see him as following the Warden ideals - he's more of a reluctant Warden who tried to escape from it. And I'm just indifferent towards Alistair.

Well, all of my Wardens. Except that one that let Alistair kill the Archdemon without doing the dark ritual.

Sigrun hands down.
...but If I have to choose one of them, Alistair.I even like Anders a little bit, but I found him very shallow in both games. Duncan... meh, Alistair really liked him and he had reasons to do so but my wardens weren't really very attached to him.
