OK, devs, now that the Inquisitor's has been revealed, I'm almost ready to preorder. I'm down to the wire. I thought I would've decided, but I'm still on the fence. Since I can't import directly from the 360, I'm open to buying this for either the Xbox One or the PS4. I'm not asking you to say one is "better" than another, I'm looking for cold, hard facts.
Are there any known differences on the platforms? Will the PS4 run in higher resolution/FPS? Will there be any platform exclusives? Timed exclusives? Anything you're allowed to talk about? Again, I'm looking for any known differences, I don't want an endorsement of one over the other.
As soon as I know which platform I want, I'm ready to give you all the money. Help!
PS - Fellow BSNers, please do not turn this into a PC/Xbox/PS war thread. In this thread, no one cares about preferences, only facts. (And definitely not "facts" like ____ is better than ____ because...)

Higher NPC count? Hope that doesn't mean PS3/360 will get hosed on some quests.
It does not. This would be background characters in town and such. Characters that you wouldn't interact with.
