We know that all Inquisitors, regardless of race, will be pulled into the Fade and receive a Mark that allows them to close Breaches.

Will this lead to confusion regarding their magical status? Will some Templars be unwilling to make a distinction between a Warrior/Rogue Inquisitor and Apostates? Will some mages see the Inquisitor as brethren because of it? And what about dwarves?

 

I, for one, am hoping for opportunities to play an Inquisitor that is offended by being associated with mages:

Warrior Inquisitor: Who ya calling a mage? I am no mage, I had an accident. It's impolite to stare. "

I want to say "What do you mean by YOU people?" at least once if there are going to be misunderstandings.

It would be dumb i expect that mages and templars (im not sure about second) won't be so stupid and won't confuse inq with mage when s/he isn't one i could see common peoples to do that but not mages or templars.

Well that sill shouldn't fool templars or mages that are rather familiar with magic well at least mages.Inq can fix veil but they can't cast spells.It is special skill and to be honest even templars are using magic and they don't touch such class like reaver that use magic but not magic like mages use. In fact sooner i would see templars accusing ing for being demon it would have more sense.
