No way, because that would imply a level of loyalty and commitment to Celine that I believe is impossible for Morrigan. She is there for her own ends and agenda, not because she swore some oath of fealty to Orlais.
Will aiding Morrigan be synonymous with aiding Celine?

Morrigan serves Morrigan's schemes, just like Flemeth acts only for the interests of Flemeth. Whatever side you choose I sincerely doubt that Morrigan will dig her heals in die defending Celene.
