If it had to be someone besides Wrex or Garrus(my only L.I. since forever), I'd say Primarch Victus.... second choice of that would be Charr...I'd steal him from Eraba! He's the overly romantic prince charming in my book!

Shiala. I was actually kinda touched by her awkwardness in ME2 when she said, "maybe sometime when you're not busy saving the galaxy...."
She could have been....but BioWare is just so meh....

Morinth's just hungry, and Sha'ira's just doing her job, heh. I don't count them because there's not really any love interest in the love interest. Even Samara is a bit of a stretch, i guess... but with her I like to think it's more about what's not done, and what's not said, that gives the relationship its weight.

I guess it even got some citadel dlc content if you manage to stay "true" to the relationship. My problem was there was always someone else.

I recall there being a mod for ME3 that basically just puts F!Shep's model over M!Shep, so you have Mark Meer's voice. It's like Ashley is hooking up with Dr. Girlfriend.

Miranda would likely always be the number one and true love for my Shepard.
For a maleshep:
Kelly Chambers (I mean a real romance with her) and Dr. Michel.
My Shepard was a bit of a Bond figure prior to falling for Miranda. I have him having sexual encounters with Sha'ira (the only alien he ever banged), Emily Wong, Gianna Parasini, Lizbeth Baynham, Kelly Chambers (don't tell me they totally didn't **** when she went to his cabin for dinner), and Ashley Williams (whom he had a... complicated relationship with.)
For Femshep:
Miranda (I still think Miranda would be the best LI for Femshep too)
James Vega
I'd also create some charming, roguish scoundrel like character ala Han Solo mixed with Jack Harkness mixed with the Dread Pirate Roberts. He'd be human of course.
