For a maleshep:

 

Kelly Chambers (I mean a real romance with her) and Dr. Michel.

 

My Shepard was a bit of a Bond figure prior to falling for Miranda. I have him having sexual encounters with Sha'ira (the only alien he ever banged), Emily Wong, Gianna Parasini, Lizbeth Baynham, Kelly Chambers (don't tell me they totally didn't **** when she went to his cabin for dinner), and Ashley Williams (whom he had a... complicated relationship with.)

 

For Femshep:

 

Miranda (I still think Miranda would be the best LI for Femshep too)

 

James Vega

 

I'd also create some charming, roguish scoundrel like character ala Han Solo mixed with Jack Harkness mixed with the Dread Pirate Roberts. He'd be human of course.

 

 

lets face it, you like Miranda regardless of your gender. And I can't blame you.     And I do think Jack Harkness will like to know us all regardless of our genders.

Aria, beginning with a spark of interest in ME2 followed by a romance in ME3 and an interesting dynamic/conflict for the Omega DLC. Of course, I still don't see her joining the party...she just doesn't like Shepard's friends.

My canon MShep is already taken, but for MShep, probably Gianna Parasini, Jentha (the Blue Suns gal from Garrus' recruitment - JayneShep would certainly be hitting on her), maybe Kasumi (maybe), and Khalisah al-Jilani for the lulz.

For FShep? A Jacob Taylor who doesn't cheat, James Vega without the creepiness, Kal'Reegar, and Conrad Verner for the lulz. I could probably see Jack swinging that way, too - not that it would interest me. Straight guy here, never really got the male obsession with lesbians.
