Flame me & call me troll (whatever that means) if you want, but I stand firm on this statement.

Besides, Bioware isn't MAKING YOU DO ANYTHING. You can CHOOSE NOT to get involved romantically with your current squadmates.

They've almost doubled the number of squad mates, anyway.
You make awful threads.

idk but its kinda annoying with everyone caring who you can have sex with in the game, I have a feeling that its almost solely women that really care about the romance options. I really dont care about the romance its kinda dumb. I just wanna shoot **** and have a good story, and of course I will have my sheperd have sex with as many people as he can, but im not gonna be having a gasm in real life like most of these people who want it. I mean honestly just buy porn as they seem to make the love interests "their" only real intrest in this game
I really find the romances novel at best although I did see a spoiler one and it seems they really aim for the emotional punches this time instead of the...."hey Shepard we could die on llos...wanna?"
It really irks me that this miniscule part of the game is being magnified when the thing is supposed to be a suicide run to save the galaxy from nose diving from a bunch of sentient machines and crazy bug like people the collectors kidnapping humans and lots of people are worried that my x shepard can't bang that x character. To each their own though I don't hate it per se I'm in between.

That's only 1/4 of the total teamates that you can romance on a playthrough. 3/4 of your squaddies is a pretty big chunk that you're missing in your 'everyone'.

It's true to life. The second you find "the one" you find others that are just as interested in being with you as you would be in being with them.

There is something called "GROUP PREASSURE" u KNOW. Or in this case, "SQUAD PREASSURE"

unless your Shepard is gay then no options.
Just play a gay or lesbian Shepard and you can avoid all that romance nonsense.

it does seem like it's a love fest
Keep in mind we get more squadmates.
ME1: Squadmates to LI= 3/6=50%
ME2: Squadmates (not counting DLC extras) to LI=6/10 (unless an asari counts as a possible male and female LI)=60%
Only 10% more in the second game (unless there IS an asari counting as both a male and female LI, in which case the %'s are equal. Also not counting any casual, consort-style encounters, since the "L" in LI is generally lacking).

I made a playthrough of ME1 with no love interest, because I was certain I'd rather pursue one in ME2 then pursue a romance with Liara or Ash.

I wonder, though, if they're gonna have another one-last-night interaction available with your original love interest... it'd be nice, I think.

There's a reason they're called options bro. It's just like real life, you can know a group of people and simply stay on a friendly level with them, or you can try to to take the next step. It's really that simple.
Not if they are all like Liara in wich they drop the "I LOVE YOU BOMB" out of freaking nowhere. I am sticking with Liara, and I hope every conversation isnt going to be some akward mess of hormones & plain lust for
Captain Shepard.
