I purchased DA:O Digital Deluxe Edition on Steam.  I want to register my game so I can utilize the toolset but I get an error that my code(s) are invalid.  I've tried all of them, with and without a hyphen (-).

Anyone have any idea what the deal is?  I'd like to get started in the toolset.

Same! It won't even let me install the game because it wont accept my registration code!



I open the case...brand new, plastic wrapped, put the disc in, put in the code on the back of the game manual...and rejected. I re-typed it in 6 times now, checking for accuracy. wth...

as far as i can tell....registration is broken. i was able to use the code for install, but i cant use any codes for anything else. i cant register and i cant redeem dlc. this system is rediculous. i dont even know what im connecting to anymore...took me 2 hours to connect my old bioware id to this game and it still doesnt work. when i start dragon age it says im logged in, but while playing the game i get a pop up every minute or 2 saying i cant connect to the dragon age servers.

what a mess

Same problem. Digital Deluxe, STEAM

I got 3 codes, but so far I've only been able to register at this site here. STEAM tells me it's the wrong codes. Also when I try to launch, it say's it's unpacking game files, but it's not. (Unless that's supposed to last 1 second)

Also which of those codes am I suppose to use?

I bought through Steam, the Digital Delux version. My codes worked - The game one had no hyphens and was the last one on my list. The two other codes had hyphens and were for the "redemem promo code".



I hope you guys get things cleared up.

Ps. You can try all the codes for registration and for redemptions - it shouldn't hurt. You can even play with taking out hyphens.

Thanx JThayon. I tried the 3rd code many times. It does not, however, activate. I think the servers are busy. It's good to hear somebody got lucky and got through.

well.....i was finaly able to reg my game and get my dlc.



the trick was to NOT do it through the game at all.



i opened the ea download manager app and did it through there. worked like a charm.



i still cant connect to dragon age servers while im playing though
