muh frames

Frames what? I run ME3 with a PC from 2008, and it hasn't given me the slightest FPS issue. Besides, there are lots of optimizations that can be done in order to render giant spaces without compromising FPS.

I saw the title and expected something totally different.

Clearly I've been spared by some higher power.

Judging by Biower's attempts at vehicles in the past... no. I've never enjoyed playing with randoms in games with vehicles. They just ****** me off driving over boulders and doing donuts and not getting anywhere. I want to be in control of my own character.

Lets not turn this into Halo. No dual-wielding, No vehicles, No PCs jumping 10 meters in the air. Less space-magic, more reality-based sci-fi so I can atleast suspend my disbelief for 2 seconds.

I would have liked big maps like the ones we had for ME1.  I was thinking something like 30 persons on the field split into multiple teams of their choosing.

Large battles, lots of enemies, multiple simultaneous objectives, and vehicles like the Mako and the Hammerhead.  Teamwork should be key, things like luring the enemy into crossfires, Thresher Maws, securing buildings and hitting Reaper processing centers.  Some worlds should have Hazards like in ME1, like Eletania.  I would even have hacks that were like the ones in ME2.

Overall, I would have had these "Ops" contribute to everyone's base Galactic Readiness points for the SP campaign.  I would not have a store system at all, but all weapons and upgrades be gotten on the field as rewards.  Later, as the Galactic economy gains ground, a real store can come into being, but no RNG factor.   However, upgrades would be terribly expensive.

I would want an eventual defeat of the Reapers to be a reality for the SP campaign - but it would be based primarily on the MP ops.  All upgrades gotten in MP should be transferable to Shepard and squad.  I would also bring back Spectre Requisitions - all of the armors of ME1, all of the guns, and all of the mods.  Of course, I would make it so that you NEEDED that gear to win on higher difficulties.
