I've been stalking bioware twitters and tumblrs a bit and for now I've come to this conclusion regarding DAI team's potential companions:
1) Gaider writes Cassandra and Cole obviously. But according to his own words he wrote two LIs. Cole is unlikely so I think he also wrote Dorian (he's reblogged fanart of him a lot lately)
2) Hepler wrote Cullen and left but it is very likely somebody had to finish his story due to an additional year
3) Kirby wrote Varric and Vivienne, obviously
4) Weekes wrote Iron Bull or/and Scribbles. Art of IB is often used by him yet in his twitter he mentioned a woman
5) We know Luke/Lucas wrote Sera
6) Chee wrote furry/fluffy Warden. Cause twitter
7) Solas is the only unknown. Tho I suspect Mary Kirby

Now, I am not saying this is 100% accurate. That's just my speculation.
What are you ideas about who writes who?

My guesses, for what they're worth, which is nothing:

1. Guessing that David Gaider wrote Cassandra and Cole and finished off Cullen after Hepler left. That would cover the two romances without involving Cole.

2. We know Mary Kirby wrote Varric and Vivienne.

4. As you say, we've got confirmation about Lukas Kristjanson and Sera, too.

3. I think you're right about Patrik Weekes writing Iron Bull and Scribbles.

5. Sheryl Chee seems to be writing Feathers. It would be logical to assume she's also writing Leliana, since she was responsible for her back in DAO.

6. The dark horse is Sylvia Feketekuty, who has come over to the DA team from Mass Effect. If we're assuming roughly equal division of companions/advisors, maybe she wrote Solas and/or Dorian? It's also possible that one the other writers was responsible for more than two characters, or that Luke wrote more than one. (Solas or Dorian could be his.)

However, it's important to keep in mind that there's a whole lot of other writing in the game beyond companions and advisors, so they haven't necessarily divided them up quite this evenly. This is pure speculation beyond the few associations that have been confirmed.

Who is she and what characters did she write in the past?

I'm not sure about equal division. In DA:O Gaider wrote Morrigan, Alistair, Shale and, if I am not mistaken, Loghain. Being one of the main writers, it wouldn't be odd for him to write at least three-four characters

She wrote Liara for Mass Effect 3, apparently, and her Dragon Age wiki page describes the other things she wrote for that. This is her first time working on a Dragon Age game.

David Gaider wrote Morrigan, Alistair, Shale and Zevran, so there's certainly a precedent. (Mary Kirby wrote Loghain, mostly) On the other hand, Fenris was the only companion he handled himself in DA2. (He was otherwise occupied with Cassandra, Meredith and Orsino. And doubtless a mountain of other stuff.)

Hmm, yeah, that's interesting... Maybe she wrote Solas?

Welp, we know for sure he writes Cassandra and Cole - he is his favourite after all. He could have finished writing Cullen - or maybe it was done by Cullen's original writer in DA:O, who also twitted about DA:I). And for now I am certain Gaider wrote Dorian - too much fanart on his tumblr

Gaider has been reblogging a lot of Dorian lately, in the past he's tended to be a little biased towards fanart for characters he's written (makes sense, he'd probably become the most emotionally attached to the ones he spent a lot of time working on) so that may indicate the he was indeed Dorian's main writer.
