I made a great head morph in the toolset! I made sure all debugs were 0, renamed it as one of the NPCs in the game's head morph that I checked in the single player module, keeping the current file extension and dropped the file into the override folder. Nada.

Are there some characters that can't be morphed? Must I have the disk in? Must the game be open? Am I missing something?

Alternative post (if you don't care about the above):

I examined denerim market in the toolset and found cats lined up near the alienage. They don't appear in my game! Why not?

What NPC? What is the name of the file you placed in your override?

Answer to alternative post (in the event you'd rather not share that information): the cat army appears in the marketplace after the area has been entered a certain number of times... 42? 47? 40-something. They run around and are cute, and then they are gone, the next time you go there.Apparently it's repeatable (or can be accelerated, can't remember which) if Wynne is equipped with the cat lady prank gift item. Or something like that. /fail post

hm_den300_otto.mrh is what I named it.

Was it meant to be hm_den300_otto.mor

Name your morph hm_den300_otto.mor after exporting (It should already have the .mor extention when you exported it, not mop or mrh)

You can check the export options in the morph editor with the object inspector. It should be export option "export mop = false, this will export your morph as a .mor file.

~~~~You just named it wrong~~~
Yes, it takes time, but you will have a lot of fun. I made Morrigan really ugly once, so my warden wouldn't feel as bad about the dark ritual with Alistair :D LOL
