Mine is Bethany dead, Carver alive and in the Templars (who I side with despite being a mage) and maxed friendship I doubt it will have an effect on DA:I though.

Mine is Carver dead, Bethany a [former] Circle Mage, though who knows how this whole Circle thing plays out in DA:I.

In my canon Bethany is dead and Carver is a Warden and friendly.

My canon Hawke is a mage, so Bethany is dead and Carver is a GW.

I have two playthroughs that I have all ready for my two different inquisitors, one being a Grey Warden Carver with friendship going on (since the grey wardens seemed to make him happy) while the other one is Circle Bethany with also friendships going on. Hopefully they're happy with what they're doing, because my Hawks only wanted that for them.

I forget where I read it but I think we cant import, we have to use the keep! unless that's what everyone is talking about. If we can import my main play through my hawk is a

 

female warrior Pro-Templar, Bethany a circle mage!

Since the topic of imports was brought up by the OP, I just wanted to mention to him:  If the devs can't work through the technical issues they've run into, our save states from the previous two games are completely useless; the only way to establish your canon for Inquisition is through the Keep.  Not really that big of a deal at all, though, IMO.

 

Anyway, canon for me would be Bethany as a Grey Warden.  I'm not really that concerned with any content from DA2, though.  If I don't really feel like spending too much time working with the Keep, I might just default all the DA2 choices, if that's possible.

I have Grey Warden Carver. I fear I am going to fight Carver, Loghain, Vellanna, and The Warden.

I don't have a "canon" playthrough, my current hawke is a warrior so Carver is dead.  Likely I'll take the option to kill Bethany myself this time around(something I've never done before)

 

If it turns out they do something significant in Inquisition as a Warden, then I'll make them a Warden in any "trilogy" run I do after release.

Depends. If it's Sword and board, then Carver's dead, I have Bethany at full friendship in the Circle, which I side with. And then the mage where Bethany's dead and Carver's in the Wardens with max friendship, Anders full rivalry either way. I wonder where the siblings will end up, will Bethany be heading and protecting/training apostates on the run, will Carver be amongst a group of Grey Wardens that the Inquisition is up against or will he be helping in ridding the craziness that might be/might not be going on within?

For my first/main playthrough, Carver is a Warden.

 

As much as I'd love to see them again, I can't imagine it happening with all the variables. Not just living/dead or Warden/Mage/Templar, but their appearance too. I've had almost a dozen playthroughs of DA2, and only once have I ended up with the default Carver. Once I ended up with a slightly more tanned version of the default Bethany. There are 9 appearance presets each that they can end up with.

Typically, anyone that can be a Warden (including Loghain) is a Warden in my save files.

they are trying to make it so you can upload your saves to the keep and it will use your flags from your save there and then you download it into inquisition, at least that's what they are trying to do, they have also stated that if that dose not work that you will be able to completely recreate your saves using the keep.

In my Canon playthrough Bethany's dead and Carver is alive and joined the templars. I think I maxed out rivalry, but my Hawke Brothers still respect each other. Now that one is a blood mage on the run, they probably won't meet again very soon, though. ^^'

I don't think there is anything official on either character. Whether or not they'll be appearing in DA:I at all is anyone's guess at this point.

I have one of each (Circle Mage Bethany, Grey Warden Bethany, Templar Carver, Grey Warden Carver), even though most of my imports will be Circle Mage/Grey Warden Bethany simply because I played more warriors/rogues in DA2. 

 

In my ultimate canon (if I even had to pick one): Bethany is a Circle Mage and Carver is food for the ogres

For me Bethany was warden , Carver dead...wanted Betheny as romance option well a little bit of incest never hurts    and she is the only female with decent haircut..

Carver as a Grey Warden with full rilvalry. I loved being able to argue with him in Act 1 but I loved how much the Warden's matured him. When he came back I think he was more mature than my Hawke.

You never go full Targaryen.

 

Bethany would be cool as a LI for the Inquisitor or some other DA protagonist. But Hawke? No way.
