She's just getting older. Ken talks a bit about that, to Gabby's dismay.
Heh, true. I forgot about that line.

Liara seems to have received a rather large boob job as well. Guess she had a lot of credits lying around after she became the Shadow Broker and figured, "Why not?"
I blame it on her default armor. She looks like her usual handfuls when wearing her armor sets or her DLC set. Ditto that for FemShep since there are pieces that remove the breasts for a more standard flat set up.

Is it just me, or does the battle dress uniform have nipples?
They did noticeably redesign the standard Alliance uniforms to "cup" under there more than they did in ME1/2.
I miss the ME1 uniforms...

I havent looked at BDU's for FemShep or any uni for that matter. I dont really like wearing them and I despise the ugly dress she gets as well. The hoodie is the only thing I can wear for the casuals.
Plus female Shepard's Brest implants was the worst improvement as well. I was like what the ****?
FemShep was just lazing around in her apartment on Earth for 6 months not doing anything to stop the Reapers because she was recovering from her surgery.
I guess there was an Alliance memo that all females had to glam up.

I've modded ME3 so much I have trouble remembering what some of the original content (ex: fugly dress) looked like.
Someone made a mesh mod giving FemShep the leather jacket; haven't gotten around to implementing it yet.
FemShep was a huge change, but her in-game look is so different from her ME3 cover look. I've only gone one playthrough with default FemShep face for ME3 of course.
I tried to do a ME3 playthrough with a default femshep face. It didn't last very long.

Did they ever mod in FemShep's ME2 Stolen Memories Dress? I liked that dress for FemShep.

I can't do Jane Shepard's face though, too plain. Even if ME3 and the previous games do call FemShep Jane by default, I don't like the ME1 and ME2 default face.

Actually I don't think I've ever done a default shepface playthrough, m or f.
Likely to match up with the size of the fugly cocktail dress.

I like MaleShep's default face. I can't play him without the default face, it just bothers me, but FemShep has so many faces, and so she has an unofficial face besides ME3, but that face was a fan-made face.

I always make my own shep face, even if the animations sometimes look kinda goofy during dialogues. I've probably got a few dozen facecodes for both m and f. Of course, when i try out some of them now during character creation, I can't believe I ever thought they looked good, heh.
While we're on the subject, there are a few mods I'd recommend:
Miranda Body Mod: She's supposed to be incognito, right? Nothing says "incognito" like the same catsuit from ME2 minus the Cerberus logo. Not anymore.

Buff FemShep: Gets rid of the "noodly arms."

Ashley Legacy Project: Makes her face look more like it did in previous titles and puts her back in a standard Alliance uniform.

Tali photo retex: Self-explanatory.

Throw in all of Ottemis' high-res armor and squadmate retexturings and better cabin music. A few others, but I've gone on long enough.
EDIT: All of the above need ME3 Explorer to install. May need an older version of it from the SVN for certain mods.
Ashley looks so much better like that.
The buff FemShep one is my favorite. I have a weird suspension issue with the default female form having such little muscle.

When I first imported my FemShep to three I didn't believe it was her, 'cause ME3 changed their graphics. But then she started to grow on me after 2 playthroughs, and now, I can't play a save without her face.

We've seen that sort of thing in Dragon Age too. Put the Chasind Robes of Breast Enlargement on Morrigan sometime.

I don't think I've ever played the same shep twice. Sometimes the changes are slight but they're there.

Been there with a mage of mine that I have from DAO thats still on my character roster. Happens to all the ladies which is a bit wrong on Wynn.

Do you need ME3 Explorer to install those mods?

There's a fix for that, too. Not sure how long legacy Projects will stick around, though. Vanilla was a tad ridiculous.

They're all .mod files, so yeah, explorer would be needed. Only way mesh mods can be installed.
The Tali picture was put up there by me. If anyone knows how to create a texmod version for it from a Direct3D image file, I'd be happy to upload it.
