A simple question about fire fxe

Is there a best method to add the flame to the candles, torches etc..? I find once they are added, seems they are always off center. If I line them up with the same x and y as the candle, they are still off center depending where the camera is pointed.

It took me over an hour to get two lamps to have the flame in the correct spot. I just wondered if there is a better way to do this in less time.

If you turn on local coordinates and zoom in on the object in top-down view then you can see/measure exactly where the object origin is located, compared to where you would expect it to be (e.g. centroid of the footprint or whatever). That gives you the bias for the object coordinates.

Thanks, I'll try turning on local coordinates, something I don't think I've done before. Going to try it now.
