I'm talking something similar like the mirror of transformation in the black emporium.
I would like to change my PC's hairstyle and make-up because those are the things that you could do in real life and I enjoy changing those things.

Yeah. I know a lot of people did changes to their Hawkes to make them look older during each act, that would be pretty cool to do, depending on Inquisition's timeline. Or add scars after significant battles or somesuch.
Or just give 'em a haircut.
Not a full character customization like black emporium I think. Changing your face, eye shape .... etc.. mid game just sound so unrealistic. Changing your hair, beard or make up however, would be nice though.
I only changed my PC's hairstyle and make-up with the mirror because it felt weird that you could change the whole face.
I always enjoy in-world editors. It's optional content that those who dislike don't have to use.
I, as many others, often feel like our character didn't look 100% like we wanted in-game and want to edit it without having to start anew.
If the character creator is solid, it shouldn't be an issue.
BioWare is better at such things than most developers, so I'm not particularly worried.
It's not something I'd ever use, but I think the mirror was great for people that had use for it, so sure. Include something like that for those that would like an in-game character editor.
Maybe have some that allows the player to change hair, hair colour, facial hair and scarring but leave the facial structure and skin tone intact?
if this game has it cool if it does not I don't mind.
I only changed my hawke once in DA2 and that was because I didn't like her hair color
If we can do that why not change the shape of the character? Over time the inquisitor could gain weight or lose weight
I like the option. Sometimes when you create a face, it's only when you see it action do you really get the full picture.
My character in Dragon Age II looked much better with a handful of tweaks. It's certainly better than having to restart from the beginning or just staying with a face you don't like.
Even for players who don't do it have to deal with the issue of a facial reconstruction being canonically or semi-canonically available.
I don't like to change my PC's whole face in the middle of the game because then I would feel that the PC is not the same anymore but in the beginning of the game it would be nice so that I don't have start from the beginning if I don't like the face. Of course I don't have to change my PC's whole face even if I can.
I think it would cool to atleast add a scar or change your hair style if the game takes a long time story-wise
Done within reason it could be quite cool. Granted I understand and appreciate why someone might want to change their entire appearance if it does not look right in game. But I always felt, with Mass Effect, it would have been nice to try out different things within the game for Roleplaying. Like my Bro Shepard having a stubble because Miranda did not shave him...or even at the start of ME 3 having that same stubble but then having to cut it off for military regulations. Heck, my initiial thought with my Fem Shep was she had lost a lot of her skin pigmentation in the process so she was reallly pale, but it slowly came back.
It would just be interesting to do from a role playing perspective. The Inquisitor has a beard, its getting longer, suddenly he decides to trim it.
I doubt I would complely rechange my Inquisitor's appearance though, but that's just me.
I most assuredly would like such an option. It seems like the lighting in the character creators are never quite right. I became extremely frustrated with ME 2 when I had to keep restarting the game to either fix Shepeard's nose or adjust her jaw. I'm extremely picky about the jaw. Being able to tweak my character's appearance whenever I realized something was wrong in DA2 was wonderful. My only regret was that after I finally got my character just the way I wanted her to look I had to remake her whenever I wanted to play through the game again. They really need to let you save a few player made faces as well.
Definitely. The CC has never been good in showing you how your characters will look when you're actually playing the game and see them in cutscenes. The times I've restarted the game because I couldn't handle how my character looked in-game in DAO and the ME games is ridiculous, hahah
The Emporium DLC was also cool because you could pretend your Hawke changed over the years or gotten older if you wanted.
I'd like to have the option to change features, yes. A lot of character creators have poor lighting (Oblivion) or bad angles (Mass Effect) and so it's not always possible to know what the character actually looks like in-game. I wish more games employed this type of thing, especially when they are on the longer side.
I'm also a fan of being able to make the PC look older and make changes to hairstyle, makeup, etc... things that could reasonably change as the game progresses. I also love games that show visual and emotional progression based on what's going on in the story i.e. Walker in Spec Ops. You could actually see and hear him get more and more desperate and unhinged.
In general, though, I'd like CC's that allow you to mess around with the PC in actual game animation before committing/starting the story.
absolutely, for all the reason already stated (character evolution, problems with CC, etc.)

When has a Bioware CC been solid?
Yes. I want to change whatever I want, whenever I want. Just like the Black Emporium. :3
