Yes, I would.

In fact, I would even pay for it just so I could change my character's appearance without having to sit and play through the entire intro.

I'd definitely like this. I used the Emporium a few times during DA2 and it was very handy. Sometimes I think I've made a great character during the initial character creation but when I get in game, sometimes things look different when the character starts moving around and talking. I like the option of being able to fix my mistakes, or even change a hairstyle mid-game.

Yes. Not only would it be helpful to tweak the character in-game, but if I want to reroll that character I'll have something to go by at least. Failing that, maybe a face code like ME.

The ability to change your hair, beard, and maybe make-up for females (and fabulous males) would be really nice.

I'd actually be quite dissapointed if we didn't get the option to do it.

I've already answered "yes" to this, but I forgot to list one of the reasons:

So I can adjust my PC's hair, when a new suit of armor clips strangely with it.

Anyway, I think BW knows we want this, or they wouldn't have added it to the Black Emporium in DA2. (Right?)

Another reason I liked it in DA2 was that I picked a hairstyle for the character (on my 2nd playthrough), and then, since your family members' appearance gets determined based off your skin tone or something, it ended up that on the playthrough, my mom had the exact same haircut.

I pretty much went straight to the emporium in act 1 to fix that.

I liked default Carver/Bethany/Leandra the best, so I just used default Hawke until I could get to the emporium. Easier that way. And way better than getting Ugly Bethany (with the garish pink eyeshadow). *shivers*

Would I change my character's appearance in the middle of a game? I'd change my character's appearance in the middle of a quest! So that's another vote for "Hell yeah!"

I really appreciated the BE in DA:2, being able to tweak a characters look after the intro if I didn't quite like them so I didn't have to play through it all again.

I also used it after practically every act in every game to change the characters hairstyle or give 'em a tatoo....just seemed kind of reasonable to do after a 'major life event' like losing a sibling, parent or whatnot....

No reason not to add it imo

Most definitely, only this time add it into the normal game rather than have it be for pre-orders.

Yes please, the character usually looks good in CC but not in game with facial expressions and different light. The Black Emporium was good to fix character appearance issues so I hope they include a similar feature in DAI.

Yes.  I change my appearance, hair style, color whatnot, every few months and Hawke visited the Black Emporium often. Now that i've seen it available in DA2 I would really like to have it available in all future games, especially DA I.

I'm talking something similar like the mirror of transformation in the black emporium.

Yes.

^ I think they're referring to DA2 and the Black Emporium.

Yeah god that never needs to happen again. That was ridculous.

I think there was a mod to cut it down severely in length. PC mustard race.

Seriously. I spend time in the CC, look at Shepard, and then go... crap, his cheekbones look like they're hiding switchblades. Back to the 45 minute drawing board.

When has a Bioware CC been solid?

I know, Right? Character creators have gotten so much better since Mass Effect 3.

Also it just dawned on me that Bioware hasn't released a new game in the space between Mass Effect 3 and now. Those two years have meant a lot in character customization.

Meh, I just go with the default appearance for the PC to save myself time and not have to worry about something like that.

To change cosmetic stuff, hair and makeup, etc etc, sure, why not, although I too have run into "but that's not what it looked like in the CC" issues.

Why would I do that. My computer looks just fine the way it is.  :P

All kidding aside. I think it's a great idea. Changing hairstyles, beard, makeup, and the occasional tweak to the character because of things that just don't look right is something that I find very useful.

I like the mirror, it was something I only used once or twice on a certain Hawke, because I just couldn't get him looking good.  If it wasn't for the mirror I would have had to restart the game over and over again to get it right, also having to start from scratch instead of just doing an edit job.

I hope it returns again.

There should be an editor but only for cosmetic stuff like hair style, scars, makeup, etc. (Just my opinion)

The main reason I would want to change my Hawke(and my warden) mid-game though was because I had made a mistake in the CC that wasnt visible while using the CC. So to me, I think that there should be an optional "Testing Area" part of the CC where you could have your character walk around and see him/her in different lights and from different angles.

Yes definately made use of this in Emporium as soon as I hit Kirkwall because I had to fix the nose, eyes or makeup after I saw them in cutscenes. I can't stand it when something looks off and instead of starting from the beginning and doing the whole character over it was great to make little changes later in the game.
