It would be nice to have. When I first started a game of DA2, Hawke would have a bit of makeup, hair tied back and kind of looked poor. After she became rich in Act 2, I added heavier makeup, changed her hair and gave her rich looking mage clothing. I'd love to do that for my Inquisitor.
Would you like to change your PC's appearance in the middle of the game?

Yeah, it would be nice to be able to change your character's appearance. Sometimes you make a character and start to notice weird coloring or animation clipping. I think we should be allowed to change face shape and whatnot. Why limit it? If you think it's not realistic, then just ignore the features you don't care for.

I'd like to be able to change the appearance, yes. Mostly to correct my own CC fails. This game is a bit better than the last two in terms of the CC lighting matching the game world, but it's not exact, so I'll sometimes make the makeup a little more subtle than I'd like or make complexion errors. Plus... there's always that one character where you forget to rotate the head and wind up giving the poor soul a receding chin. It's annoying to have to go through the entire CC process from scratch just to change one thing.

I'm talking something similar like the mirror of transformation in the black emporium.
I would like to change my PC's hairstyle and make-up because those are the things that you could do in real life and I enjoy changing those things.
Yes, plus sometimes afte I make a character I realize I messed up the makeup intensity and would like to fix it without redoing all the sliders

There was a talk on twitter of how they are making that DLC to allow players to change look at any time,I just hope they will also add some hair as well!

Wait, is this in favor of letting players change face/gender/race?
That could get pretty extreme.
Rock on.

Only for those scenes when I want to be even more fabulous. I couldn't imagine Orlesians taking my 'no makeup' and mullet very kindly lol. I did that in DA2 right before MOTA since it seemed a legitimate reason to change my hair and makeup.
And yes, I would like it so those times I make a 'bad' character, I don't have to start 20 hours over.

I've said this before, but forget changing my character's appearance in the middle of the game. I'd change it in the middle of a quest!

Other than facial tweaks in early game,
I would only use it for haircuts, but that would be excellent.

I like that. Before going to the Orlesian ball, I can see my Inquisitor gussying up a bit more than usual. But the formal attire kind of takes the wind out of the swanky sails. Might as well show up wearing a fuzzy hat.

Since I'm like this in the CC: "well, after 1h I finally made a good looking character"
and like this later in the game: "oh no, these eyes/mouth/nose look annoying - I have to stare angrily at them in every scene I see my Quizzy!"
I have to say: "YES!!!"

This will be all I'm picturing during "Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts" from now on. Thanks :'DD

Here's to hoping that the modding community can recreate that hat in the game and allow us to use it at the ball. Helm of the Tower Guard. Armor rating 180.

Sure, it's not realistic but that is something we can worry about once we have a character creator that accurately displays what the model will look like in the game.

Yes it solves the CC lighting problem. As I have said many times before the "unrealistic" argument is silly. There is no reason why the devs need to make it make sense in the game world, just like they don't need to make fast travel or massive inventories make sense. I really don't get why so many games try and make up some reason for it, all that does is raise more questions like "how come people still recognize me since I had my face magically changed?".

yes - knowing I could tweak if need be would be nice. I am hoping that more hairstyles will come out along with a mirror type set up so I can change my hair style in game and not have to start a new one.
