I been on this game since Feb 2012, almost 3 years. I love this game & I haven't even played the game personally.

I been following the game so I know almost everything on its story. I love the deal about how towards end-game the Evil literally comes knocking on your Front Door.

This to me spell one thing - TRAITOR, meaning someone you know, someone next to you, or possibly even your LI, or someone we know & have seen been hiding in plain sight.

These would be the only logical choices this would be a person who knows everything you do, follows everything you do, & would have easy access to you, your followers & your Location.

This would be a Prime Evil being hidden in Plain Sight while we more than likely have seen this person we just don't know who this person is.

This would be like Senator Palpatine in Star Wars, The Prime Evil hidden in Plain Sight always there, always in Plain Sight, then didn't reveal himself until Episode 3.

I see this in Inquisition, The evil Always among us, but dosent reveal themselves until END-GAME.

So who do you think the Evil will be.

Romance - LI

Leliana

Morrigan

Flemeth

Edwina - The Tavern Owner

The Divine of White

The Divine of Black

Empress Celine

Hawke

Origins Warden

SOMEONE NEW

I don't think it was implied that the "Evil comes to your front door" takes place at the end. The choice of words and context of the interview I heard that scenario referenced made it sound like a middle-chapter thing. Specifically I remember the interviews phrasing it in a way that made the beginning of the game after the Inquisition is formed about searching for the cause of the breach (As well as building the Inquisition in some capacity). Then in response to the threat the Inquisition poses, a confrontation at Skyhold happens, they didn't allude to this as being a violent conflict though. For some reason I imagined it being almost an Ultimatum type scenario instead of a military action.

Obviously in response you'd realize the threat is of greater extent than most had assumed and an additional push or consolidating period of the Inquisition begins before taking the game to its climax and eventual resolution.

I personally try not to think too hard on plot details before a game is done though, and I haven't read any of the out-of-game works aside from some summaries and what sometimes appears here. I don't want to take a guess at the "Big Bad", the only thing I will guess there is it isn't Flemeth.

That's how I always saw it. The Agents of Chaos start to notice that the Inquisitor and his group are starting to become a persistent problem, so before the Inquisition gets too powerful, they try to squash it.
