It was about dhmg, I saw the posts myself. But he has had a history of lieing about leaked information.
David was talking about Solas.

A topic before there was more than one category in the Inquisition section.Where was this?
The post I'm thinking of was sometime before Solas' name was revealed. Sorry, I can never find the sources.David was talking about Solas.
Here's a link.
So far we only know that they're companions lol with little to none specific information.
Has any bioware source actually confirmed that all the companions are present in this picture? The way the op has speculated would leave only 3 female companions to 6 male and I find that difficult to credit.

Probably not actually officially confirmed, but we do know that there are 9 companions and 3 advisors, so there a companion not being in the picture would be... a twist.
I suppose they could be being tricky, and someone could end up being like Mhairi, to be replaced by someone secret

Mmmm, or two companion that you can exchange but not have at the same time ala Alistair & Loghain.
Well I guess we can only wait and see.
Cass is not the only romanceable female LI is she?
Cassandra and Cullen are the only LIs we know about so far.
My personal theory is that the unknown mage (9) is Rhys. He fits the age and physical description, was central to the events in Asunder and, having voted (albeit reluctantly) for Circle independence from the Chantry, would make a nice counterpart to the pro-Circle Vivienne. He knows Liliana and is almost a Dragon Age "legacy" of sorts through his connection with Wynne. Doubtful as a love interest though.
If so, I hope he's not a LI. He's Evangeline's.

It seems staggeringly unlikely. We just don't know who the others are. It could be any combination of Vivienne, Sera and Scribbles at this point. Or all four female characters in that picture could be romances, although I wouldn't bet on that.

One of my favorite quotes.
Video removed due to profanity-Mod1
But I wouldn't put it passed Bioware to add a companion that you don't find out about until late in the game, maybe even as a replacement to whoever betrays you if the whole Judas theory holds up.

yes it's confirmed that Cass is the only option for straight male PCs
all the other options are lesbians or men
bioware are so cruel

Hm, I don't remember reading anything about that.
Literally everything else from the survey seems to been accurate (Cole, Iron Bull and Sera are all companions, for example) so I'm pretty sure that DHMG is Dorian.

Interesting theory, although if I remember correctly Rhys eyes are brown, while DHMG is often depicted with blue eyes though I don't know how accurate these depictions of him are, since I can't really tell his eye colour in the concept art or the trailer.

I hope not, I sure as heck hope not. It would eliminate one full companion from my game play as I would never take him or kill him if that was a possibility. (The great dangers of including characters from books. It's impossible for the player to put aside any preconceived biases for or against that character.)
I think DHMG has a better chance of being Dorian, if for no other reason than we already have Cole in our party. I have heard several convincing discussions about Rhys dieing in the blast at the peace conference and that's why Cole is willing to join us.
Thanks guys for your corrections, I edited the initial post. ^^
I consider the possibility because David Gaider said that the survey was a fake, and that all the information turned out to be correct. But I do believe him in this instance because they originally had a lot of concepts and ideas for Tevinter but they seem to have removed their Tevinter content from the game and with it, it would make sense to rule out the Tevinter companion if anyone.Hm, I don't remember reading anything about that.

Not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but did anyone else notice that all of the "advisors" are in basically the same position? Hands behind their back. Just thought it was interesting.

Yeah, they are in a very "advising pose" too. While the rest seem to be listening to the course of action that the Inquisitor is telling them, the advisors are in a more relaxed position as if they knew whatever is being said already, as if they have been consulted about that before. At least Cullen and Leliana.
I have been in that situation a lot in my work. If I am in a meeting with customers, and one of my colleagues is talking to them, and I already know the speech he is giving, THAT would be the pose I take while standing up.
I mean, they have to be the advisors for sure, unless Bioware decides to change something last minute or they were just trolling us.... Which is obviously a possibility since if I were there, I would definitely do so... ![]()

Actually, it sounds like we were never going to go to Tevinter. I've seen no evidence that they planned it and later cut it.
There is still Tevinter content in the game, though, which you can see by all the Tevinter flags and banners that cover some buildings, fortresses and indoor rooms. In this case, it appears that the Venatori - a faction of Tevinter cultists - is running amok across parts of Orlais.
The Tevinter heraldry is included in the Ventori warriors' clothing

It also pops up inside this building, on a banner on the wall:

In that context, I can see why a Tevinter companion makes sense - if there's a dangerous cult loose across Thedas, who better to advise the Inquisition on how to deal with them?
We should also remember that Dorian was called an outcast in the survey biography.
By definition, an outcast is not found in their own country.
The last place I'd expect to find him, then, would be inside Tevinter.
i really hope cullen is a companion cause the other guys look ugly.
My apologies, it was second hand. Shortly after the survey leaked a few people had posted it and I assumed it was true. I should also take the time to point out that I did see a post that DHMG wasn't Dorian but the fact that he was never Dorian was also second hand. That is not what I said at all. If you wish to quote me, quote me, but please don't interpret.
