No "must-buys" for me, but feeling positive about DA:I
The rest I'm watching aren't due until 2015.

Some top-notch titles there that has me scratching my head at how people are still saying there isn't much on the horizon...
It could just be that most of those games don't interest those people.
When I say that there isn't a whole lot coming up in the next couple of months I'm not counting genres that I have no interest in or ones that aren't on PC or 3DS.
The games I´m waiting for (some of them may not see a release until 2015):
Sadness (Wii U) (it´s a canceled Wii game that was taken from the game limbo where all aborted titles go to die)
Bayonetta 2 (Wii U) (A true successor to games like Devil May Cry)
The Next Fatal Frame (wII u). (wii u may have a very limited catalog, but there are some interesting exclusives.)
The new unreal tournament. (so many good memories)
Wasteland 2 (oh yeah!)
Transistor (What´s this fuzz? Well, it´s from the makers of Bastion)
The Witcher 3 (I´m very curious)
Dragon Age Inquisition (Come on, Bioware! Don´t let us down!)
Mass Effect "4" (Come on, Bioware! Don´t let us down!) X2
Sacred 3 (the sequel to Sacred 2 and Sacred Citadel)
Quantum Break (Xbox One) (I just hope it gets a pc release as well. Don´t wanna purchase a xbone for it alone)
Ultra Street Fighter 4 (I know, there are mediocre changes, but it´s been a while since their last release)
Batman Arkham Knight (It looks promising)
The new Mortal Kombat (Since I loved what they did with the previous)
Divinity: Original Sin (I´m falling in love with this series. It´s a lighter take on the baldur´s gate formula)
Murdered: Soul Suspect (I´ve been waiting for a year to play it. Looks amazing!)

There's plenty of interesting looking games coming out this year, but I don't actually play games very much lately.
I'll probably get DAI, but beyond that... eh.
For this year there aren't actually any games that I consider to be "must buy". But there a few that I am keeping my eye on, which would namely be DA:I, AC: Unity, Batman: AK and lastily Murdered: Soul Suspect.
Of what's announced for next-gen:
-Cyberpunk 2077 (please go to PS4!)
-The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
I don't know about some of the others you listed, but these two aren't slated for release until next year.

DA:I
Galactic Civilizations III
Pillars of Eternity
Civilization: Beyond Earth
Star Citizen (2014 release BELIEVE)
Star Citizen
Star Citizen
Star Citizen
Star Citizen
Star Citizen
WoW: Warlords of Draenor
That horrible Guild Wars 2 unliving lolworld season 2.

The new Mortal Kombat (Since I loved what they did with the previous)
The last Mortal Kombat released for PC is the meaning of Perfection! I really can't imagine how they can make it better. Maybe add Marvel universe characters or Japanese characters from popular anime.
The next Unreal is NEEDED cuz it's been 6-7 years since the last Unreal game. With Unreal Engine 4 it will be glorious!
'Must buys' for me would be:
Divinity: Original Sin
Pillars of Eternity
Wasteland 2 (assuming it's out this year)
all of which I backed on Kickstarter, so they're automatically mine when they release. Another that I consider a 'must buy' is Age of Decadence (again assuming it's out this year).
Pretty cool preview I just came across..

A PS4... lol
DA:I
Destiny
Arkham Knight
Warlords of Draenor
My list wasn't exactly true to the topic title as I said "Of what's announced for next-gen" I meant (2014,2015... and maybe even 2016 lol)
Some others to add to that list are:
-Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain (dunno how I forgot that one)
-The Next Mass Effect (just left that out because it doesn't have a title yet)
-Toy Soldiers (I believe another one is being made and going to PS4 this time)
-Magic 2015 (sadly... no PS version)
-Fallout 4 (Not announced... but I think it's being made as we speak... this would be my most favored of all games)
-Tropico 5
-Tales from the Borderlands
And If I had a good PC I'd be more than happy to play Galactic Civilizations 3 & Wasteland 2. Amongst many others...

Hope that it's set at "The Institute". Or at least on the East coast. The Witcher 3 and Fall Out 4 top my list for this gen's most anticipated. Cyberpunk 2077 too.
Well, there are some Kickstarter games I'll get a copy of anyways, but these are the ones I'm really anticipating:
Pillars of Eternity
Wasteland 2
Planetary Annihilation
Then there are the concluding episodes to Telltale's The Wolf Among Us and The Walking Dead S2, as well as their Game of Thrones game, should it be released in 2014.
Transistor caught my attention. If there's a DRM free version I'm in.
Aside from those games there's really not that much coming I want to play/will be able to play. I'm interested in Cyberpunk 2077 and Witcher 3, but I guess my PC won't be able to handle them. I'm interested in Final Fantasy XV and DA:I, but I won't buy a PS4 this year.

I wouldn't count on Star Citizen being done this year.
To be honest, I don't think it would even be enough time for them to really finish the game properly.
Short list this year:
Dragon Age: Inquisition
Divinity: Original Sin (Backed it on Kickstart, avoiding beta, waiting for full release)
Batman: Arkham Knight
And
Call of Duty: Advanced "Kevin Spacey" Warfare! ![]()
I'm mainly excited for Dragon Age, Shadows of Mordor, and The Order. I still have yet to pick up a PS4 so I'll have a lot of catching up to do.
HALO Master Chief Collection. Maybe destiny if it has a decent competitive element, but the more and more I see from it, it looks like Borderlands on steroids.
Bout it really.
2015 is the big guns-Witcher 3, next "mass effect" (you know it's gonna happen in 2015), Halo 5, The Division and probably a ton more that's gonna be revealed at E3 this year.
But for 2014, HALO CC and maybe destiny.
Personally tho, in the near future. Cause I'm not a member of the "PC master race" I'm looking forward to the Metro Redux coming to PS4/XB1.
DAI is the closest thing to a 'must-buy' for me this year. Maybe Omega Ruby too.

Oh man forgot about Ruby and Sapphire. I'm not that big into Pokemon anymore, but I still get it every year.
None.
Sacred 3 appeared to be interesting, but it has become multiplayer-oriented. DAI seems to be meh.
I might cave in and buy the Borderlands Pre-Sequel, fully knowing it will get its arse DLC'd to Hell and back with an inveitable GOTY edition on the horizon a year later.
