I agree with Alistair on this, whomever makes the cheese is the most powerful Orlesian, that thing can fell armies, that or Dulci de Launcet she is Legend.

It's probably Vivienne, but we don't know too much about her. Leliana is the left hand of the Divine, so she'd be my initial choice.

 

 

However if we're meant to take "powerful" literally, well then.. Aveline. Obviously.

Although i do believe Aveline is Fereldan. Her name is Orlesian though. And Leliana is only half Orlesian. And she considers herself Fereldan.

Physically: Aveline (if not assassinated by Leliana while grabbing a mug off her desk)

 

Magic: Vivi (if not assassinated by Leliana while walking around casually)

 

um.... wait... assassinated...... smarter assassins wont be seen before target hits the ground.  Killing a Grey Warden would been easier without staging a road block (ahem... Zevran).  Crossbow or arrow (poisoned as well) makes tons more sense, but alas a shorter game then.

I don't know Vivienne, so let's just put her to the side and say I can't wait for her party banter! 

 

Out of the other two I'm gonna say Leliana is the more "powerful", but if we're are talking pure awesome-sauce... Oh She-of-the-Red has my vote!

Isn't Aveline Orlesian by birth but Fereldan raised and with Leliana it's the other way around with her being Fereldan born but Orlesian raised?

A very fine party, as long as the cheese didn't taste of despair.  We'd dance till dawn, flirt in the shadows, and then Aveline could carry us home.

Celene is more powerful than all three of them. Not physically of course but she's the leader of the most powerful nation in Thedas. Unless we choose to help Gaspard.

Im pretty sure Leliana was born & raised in Orlais, only reason she considers herself a Ferelden is because her mother was from Ferelden.
