Basically just post an interrupt, paragon or renegade, you'd like to see.

Situation: Shep and squad have captured a group of mercs they need information from. The merc leader is on the edge of talking but needs a push.

Renegade Interrupt: "Grunt, rip his", *nods to one of the mercs*, "arms off".

Edit: You don't have to use the situation I did.
